What a beautifully restored barn! It is a quirky, playful and very welcoming space to stay in. We were there with a 4 year old and 3 month old baby celebrating my mum's 60th birthday. Joep really made an extra effort to decorate and make it feel festive for us. Loads of great toys in the barn and also outside. Lots of great things to do in the area a short distance by car, nice welcoming restaurant in the village a few mins walk away, we also took a lovely walk through the countryside to another lunch spot. Two clarifications:the barn has a courtyard with great toys and then it's a few minutes walk out along the road to the field that Joep owns with pizza oven and ingenuous toys...so you do have to decamp to the field rather than just throwing the kids out the door (depending on their age). Note, as with many small villages the church bells go on the hour all night and day. Overall a beautiful stay and would recommend.

Fantastic in one word!! Great location to go from here to Valkenburg and Maastricht, location great and a beautiful view and the host Bianca is a beautiful woman!! Clear explanations and sparkling clean home! Anything you need is present and in the house you feel right at home cozy plants complete it! We had a good time and it was a wonderful weekend!!highly recommended!!

The stay at the loft was inspiring and meaningful. This week I very much enjoyed the beautiful landscape structures and the spherical views. A nature reserve where the loft is located. It was wonderful to come home after every walk. In a quiet decor, where it is absolutely good to spend time. In addition to the pellet stove, I spent a lot of hours reading in the evenings. It is so calm and quiet here both during the day and night that in the beginning it could be heard as it were. Ivo and Irene are warm, loving hosts and are very committed to their guests and the nature bordering the loft. In short, a place to recharge and inspire. I am grateful.🙏🏻

We had a wonderful time in Cynthia's beautifully maintained vacation home. We discovered the beautiful surroundings by road bike and were able to sit in the garden afterwards. The place is definitely recommended if you love cycling and hiking. Nice villages nearby and Maastricht a stone's throw away!
