In the vicinity of castles and palaces, including the largest Książ Castle, but also the Grodno Castle in Zagórze Śl. where the lake is located. Bystrzyckie and the water dam. A few kilometers away, you will find the Palace in Jedlina, the Riese complex. 50 minutes by car to the ski resorts in the Owl Mountains and to the border with the Czech Republic, where the Rock City and the Monastery in Broumov await. NOTE! The apartment is located on a busy street! Unfortunately, I can't change that.

We offer an apartment on the first floor with a spacious equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop and oven. You will also find a stylish bathroom with a shower and toilet in the apartment. The heart of the apartment is a large living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed. You can enjoy a peaceful sleep in a separate bedroom on a 140 cm wide bed. We offer table football and a selection of wines from our own wine cellar.

An ideal choice for those looking for a combination of comfort and nature – to relax, work remotely, or just relax outside the city. Drinking water is closed from November to April. It is secured with a drinking water canister (10 l), but please note that it is not possible to use the shower. The flushing toilet is replaced with a chemical toilet (inside the cottage) for this period.

I rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with mountain views.

Ideal for hiking, biking, climbing and cross-country skiing. Accommodation for 6-8 people We offer free WiFi. We do not charge costs for cleaning the appartment (2000 Kč) if you clean it before leaving. Electricity is charged against actual use and costs. Tourist taxes, 30,- Kč/pp/night, should be paid at arrivel.

In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.
