What an amazing find! Utterly private and feels very rural. Even though the lovely village of St Agnes and glorious beaches and towns are only a short distance away! Very cosy and eclectic home with some delicious treats and a bottle of fizz left by Kate and Simon. If you do stay, you HAVE TO use Sunny Spice, whether it’s for takeaway or eat in. Best South Indian food and yummy dosas I’ve had outside of London or Kerala! Thank you for making us so welcome and for the brilliant recommendations of places to go and local eateries.

A blissful retreat, with absolutely stunning views. The Bothy is cozy and well kitted out, and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful.

Lovely house in quiet square with a pub on the corner! Big kitchen, not that we cooked much as so many great places to eat! We had such a lovely time we extended our stay - twice! Mark was great with dealing with all our questions & requests. Great location, meaning you can walk round town no problem. But having parking permit real bonus, although don't forgot to display as we got a ticket! Also great base for exploring - St Ives, Lands End, Sennen Cove & Newlyn have great Fish 'n' Chips. Eden project is only just over an hour away depending on traffic. We walked across to St Michael's Mount & got a little boat back which was fun. So much to do! All the locals were very friendly and offered recommendations. Will be back as couldn't do everything in a week!

We had a fabulous stay in the granary. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Rebecca’s joining instructions meant that it was easy to find. A remote, peaceful location yet just a few minutes drive to the chip shops in Bude!

We had an amazing time at the bay talland! Staff was super friendly and the house was more than what we hoped for! The hot tub, pool, plunge pool and sauna was all included in our stay and we loved using them! We would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful escape. Thanks so much.

Where to start! If you are looking for a fantastically located bolthole to escape to in West Cornwall then look no further. Situated up a steep residential street just above Mousehole, the views are quite simply stunning. We ate breakfast each morning on the balcony overlooking the harbour in the sunshine. The properties main feature is its view, however the rest of the property is well laid out. Largest room with the view is the living room but you will find a well equipped kitchen also with view, and a light and bright bedroom and bathroom space too with all you could need. The village is only a 2 minute steep walk away where you will find great restaurants and places to drink. This was a fantastic spot to enjoy all this part of Cornwall has to offer. We will hopefully be back!

The apartment was lovely, exactly as described with helpful check in instructions. Amenities were excellent and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay - the only thing that could have been better was the weather and wonderful though she was I’m not sure Laura could control that!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. We were so incredibly lucky to have booked this with only two days notice. It looks to be booked up for the rest of the summer, otherwise we would have been back in a heartbeat. Janette kindly let us check in earlier than 4pm as we arrived by train. The apartment itself is truly breathtaking. Its cosy yet feels very spacious. It has everything you could possibly think of and is a real home from home. I can’t not mention the views - as soon as you step inside you are greeted by the crystal clear water from the living room window. Highly recommend getting up early to see the sunrise - we did this every morning along with watching the sunset from the nearby ‘island’. The below deck section is a real quirky feature that big kids like ourselves enjoyed climbing down and inspecting 😉 So close to all the amenities yet set back in a quiet street. We are already missing the sound of the waves. Thanks Janette and Lisa for a wonderful stay!

This was a perfect place for a trip to visit family in falmouth. We left the car in the space and enjoyed the 30minute walk into falmouth centre. It also inspired us to do the Penryn - Flushing - Mylor - Penryn loop which was a very enjoyable coastal 3.5 hour walk. The flat was clean and comfortable with nice natural light with everything we needed for the weekend away. Much better value than the pricey options in falmouth.

The place is cozy, clean and we can recommend it with a clear conscience! Chris is very friendly, likeable and helpful. Everything is within walking distance. Great location to explore Cornwall! 😊

It is a great space this airbnb has been understated. I have just left Nigels very large accomodation to arrive at my next airbnb only to find it bijou to be polite! and certainly not in such a lovely location. In comparison this similarly priced accomodation woud fit into Nigels 5 times.

Great location with a fabulous view. Accommodation is well furnished, modern and clean with great facilities, especially the kitchen. Slept well on very comfortable beds with decent bedding and in very quiet surroundings. Covered parking is a bonus as is the station 2 minutes away - great for popping into StIves! Nice patio with a great view and a lovely beach just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again.

Myself and two friends travelled from London and had an absolutely amazing well needed break! The property was absolutely beautiful and the location. We walked to Looe following the recommendations and had an amazingly mindful walk in the natural beauty of Cornwall. We are already planning our next trip back! Rob is a brilliant host, they property was better than the pictures and the communication was excellent

We really enjoyed our Easter break at sandy toes. The villa was clean, comfortable and a great base for exploring Looe and surrounding areas. Louise has gone the extra mile with providing detailed instructions and recommendations for the local area. Would visit again! Thanks for a great stay.

This is by far THE best Air BnB I have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate and finished to an incredibly high standard and the staff were so attentive and friendly. I would recommend this to everyone no matter the time of year or type of holiday you want.

We can't recommend Lindsey and Kaye's place enough! Beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet, perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy the land. The hot tub was used every evening and was a real treat after a long day of walking, it was also tucked away and private which made it more relaxing and enjoyable (not all hot tubs in Airbnb's are!). The comfty bed, massive rain shower, stunning kitchen/lounge area were all incredible, but having the views, open space,, and all the little touches that Lindsey and Kaye have added are what make this stay special. Lindsey showed us around and was always on hand to chat and recommend things/give helpful advice, and Kaye was kind enough to show us how the pizza oven works and make sure we were okay! As I said, I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you have a dog (ours loved playing with their beautiful dog, Dodger). The pictures don't do it justice! Quick recommendations: Praa Sands, Porthcurno Beach & Minack Theatre - must see!

Extremely well equipped, welcoming, super clean, plenty of instructions and information about the house and area. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, super garden, plenty of parking, great hot tub, acres of storage, what wasn’t to like!

had an amazing stay, the home was beautiful, with everything you could ever need for a short stay! the hosts even decorated our home for my dad's 60th which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be coming back.
