Our stay at Lucia's vacation home was simply perfect. The apartment, impeccable in cleanliness and complete with every comfort, welcomed us in a warm and familiar atmosphere. The two bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other with a French bed, and the two bathrooms, offer privacy and comfort. The garden, spacious and well-kept, was the ideal place to relax and enjoy summer evenings. Lucia, an exceptional host, was always available and ready to meet our every request. Her kindness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for those looking for a relaxing vacation. We highly recommend this property!

Lorenzo was an excellent host; very proactive, and quick to respond. The place was in an excellent location; very peaceful, very close to the train station and the beach, and plenty of places for food or grocery delivery if we didn't want to go out. All in all, we are planning to come back :)

The four us stayed in this amazing bnb starting off with a complimentary bottle that tasted great. It had everything we needed from two lovely rooms, a kitchen where we could easily cook, an amazing outside and perfect location. We have had such an amazing time in Rome and it was only enhanced by our accommodation. Would recommend to anyone. Genuinely had no complaints. And the host laura is absolutely fantastic, making sure we got everything we needed. Biggest smiles and thanks from England. Xxx

We had a short stay, but everything was smooth, and the host was helpful and accommodating. Very hospitable, coffee and food was provided, and ordered food for us for dinner. She even called a taxi for us to go to our next destination. It wasn't too far, but we as a group greatly appreciated her and her help. Highly recommend.

Filippo and Francesca made us feel right at home! They were so helpful and their place was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking which we do a lot of with our family. A few of our children got sick and they were very helpful and offered their help and even offered to take the rest of the family sightseeing while my wife stayed home with the sick kids. We have kept in touch after leaving and feel we have made new friends.

Everything we had in this comfy house. Very pleasure to be there , quiet area, big yard, inside and outside shower, table outside and inside, TV , Wi-Fi , plenty of towels, very good air conditioner in both rooms. Washing machine is was a bonus! Even soap was in the house:) 7-10 min walk to the beach with very clean sea. Thanks Rossella, if we will have chance we will come back again. Very tasty sea food in area.

Beautiful stay in a lovely town - we couldn’t believe it was so quiet! It felt really special to be in the old town, and also to be so close to the lake for swimming. Loads of great restaurants - ones for special meals, and for casual dining too. The carefor supermarket was really well stocked and the kitchen well equipped for a bit of self catering too! We travelled with our 10 month year old and had everything we needed in the apartment. And found the town perfect for a family holiday - there are steps for the push chair on the quicker routes - but avoidable if you want. Loads of free parking a short walk away from the apartment - and we unloaded right by the apartment. We didn’t explore the local area because we enjoyed the town too much!

Accommodation is nice, quiet, secure. Although it is off-center, it is well connected, a slope to get off to have the bus then the metro very convenient to get around Rome. Great value for the price

amazing place, great to come back too at the end of a long hot day exploring Rome. despite being a good bit out of the city, it was easy to navigate public transport to get into Rome.

Carlo couldn't have been more helpful. He met us at the house at a time of our choosing which was really helpful. He also helped us with lifts into town, and recommended a great restaurant. A great guy.

We stayed in 9 at the property, the house is very nice and located in a quiet place in the middle of nature. The rooms are very nice and clean; the common area of the living room is very spacious, perfect for large groups and for those who love to relax or play games together. The pool is also very nice and, for our experience, both the lifeguards and the other condominiums are very kind. Valeria was very helpful and always ready to meet us as needed. Highly recommended for those who want a quiet experience but at the same time close to many nice places to see.

great host, helpful. well equipped accommodation,large terrace. The only problem is the size of the shower cubicle (too small ...a strong person does not fit).

Great location for accessing central Rome, and in the summer, for getting to the Beach Alessandro kindly recommended a visit to the ruins at Ostia Antica which is one stop way from the closest train station (Acilia). This turned out to be one of the high points of our holiday - not crowded, well organised and very informative The two bath situation in the apartment was also very handy for us all getting ready in the mornings Overall, a great apartment and would highly recommend
