Perfect location as its 5 to 10 minutes away from the city centre close enough to retreat too when you just want some peace or to freshen up. The room was more than enough for 4 people with everything you need. It suited all our needs and would recommend it 👌

I was satisfied with Giuseppe's house. Excellent cleanliness, easy to reach and in a strategic location to reach the center ( even on foot). Excellent availability from Giuseppe.

We had an amazing stay in Alberto's place (Anna's apartment and Alvaro's apartment). Alberto was so responsive and helpful when it came to planning our trip to Modena to go to Osteria Francescana. We had two great nights in the town with wonderful food recommendations from Alberto. The apartments were great value, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I deal for our large group of ten people. The location was perfect too - a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the centre and near all the great bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Modena!

Beautiful apt, perfect location, great host, in other words everything you’re looking for in an Airbnb! Shoutout to the fancy door lock system that i’d never seen before, very professional and no hassle with codes and keys!

It was a pleasure for us to stay some days at this fantastic place. Maris Luisa is the best host we have ever met, she is truly open-minded and lovely. She helped a lot during our stay with her friendly attitude and great communication. The house is also superb, with fantastic construction and pinned with so many amazing arts and paintings. We definitely recommend this place for everybody!

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

The house is beautifully situated near Lago Suviana. Large, peaceful garden with a bbq. The area is perfect for people who enjoy nature and culture. Firenze and Bologna are easy to visit. Veronica is very friendly, a perfect host!

SPARisio was our base for our exploring holiday and it was perfect. It's secluded, but easy to find. Sasso Marconi is 15 mins away with many restaurants, shops, and a larger supermarket if the Coop in Vado is closed. Silvana and Alberto were very friendly and accommodating hosts, with plenty of recommendations. They live in the house in between the 2 Airbnb’s, so are always around if needed. The property itself is beautiful; amazing views and well equipped with everything you could need, from the pool and sports equipment to the cooking utensils and sunbed towels. There is a washing machine, but this is shared with the other Airbnb on the estate, and the hosts, which is worth bearing in mind. The pool area is lovely with loads of inflatables and volley balls, sunbeds, sofas and shade. There is no dishwasher, and I couldn’t find washing-up gloves in the supermarkets, so come prepared if you have gel nails! Overall, this is a great property, in a stunning location. Highly recommend.

After having stayed at AirBnB properties all over the world (from Mexico to Malaysia) my wife and I agreed that this was one of the best. The property was in a wonderful part of rural Italy, within easy access to major centers such as Bulogna and Florence as well as many smaller and very attractive market towns. The place itself was very clean and well equipped with a well stocked welcome package of necessities ( milk, eggs, butter, bread, as well as wine, coffee and tea.) There is a local supermarket and several restaurants within easy reach which Guido and Claudia were able to recommend . We spent a wonderful 8 days there and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Bill and Fiona

We stayed for a weekend in this structure... the house is really cozy and inside nothing is missing... the house is very well cared for, clean and equipped with every comfort... the structure is in an area of complete tranquility and relaxation, but you can reach the highway in a short time... I recommend this place to visit cities like Bologna and Florence... in less than an hour you can arrive in both cities... the host, Marco, is a really helpful person... really recommended... how to feel at home... thank you very much

Perfect place to stay along the Via Degli Dei. Right on the path and next to restaurant and shop. Red was super helpful and gave lots of information, he went out of his way to ensure our safe onward journey the following day. We would definitely recommend this place

I've been to Luca's six times, now it's a safety in my stays in Bologna. Very clean, well equipped house with convenient parking with garage inside the building. Very quiet and with a nice outdoor terrace for summer dinners. Highly recommended for business trips or pleasure. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability

I had wonderful stay during my visit at Bologna. Lisa and Max are super helpful. I felt so touch when they offer their car since lot's of rain during our visit at Bologna. they are definetly super host. the apartment are much more beautiful than the pictures itself. the apartment is wonderfully cleaned, everything you need is there. Highlyrrecommended!

The apartment perfectly matches the photos. In the heart of the historic center, close to the bar/restaurant district. Parking in the large streets nearby possible and cheap. Comfortable hosting Small but functional kitchen with the bare essentials A fairly large bathroom, with improvements to come announced by the owner. The bedroom area is also comfortable with a large TV. Antonella is very nice and was able to meet our needs perfectly. I highly recommend it for a short trip, professional or personal.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

Cute, functional, tidy, very clean apartment, bathroom ok, super shower. I would say everything is perfect. Great for 2 people, max 3. The host, Andrea, is very kind, empathetic, full of advice and very helpful, even when for a small unexpected (my fault) on Sunday morning he did not hesitate to answer me. I'll definitely come back and highly recommend it.
