Very lovely accommodation in the historic center of Modena. The host was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay very much.

What a creative, cozy, and perfect home away from home this was. Giusy and Claudio made our stay as comfortable as can be. They left us snacks, wine, food, and anything else we may have needed. On top of that, they were extremely friendly and responsive to check if we needed anything else. The culture and area is filled with so much beauty, history, and food! Giusy and Claudio’s place was the perfect gem, to make the trip that much more perfect. Mornings in their backspace, window open, and an espresso, should be how everyone starts their day:) Thank you for everything, it was perfect:)

Very well equipped apartment with a small private courtyard. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of the center. Very friendly landlady who lives just above. Everything is wonderful and I'd love to come back.

Elena was a really great host. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew where to find her. She was flexible about our arrival time and had some amazing recommendations for exploring Bologna - if I'm ever back in Bologna again I would definitely book this apartment again!

We decided to stay in Bologna for a week in order to explore that beautiful city and travel out to places like Ravenna and Florence. We're so glad we did! Bologna is insanely beautiful and there is so much to do there. I would go back there in an instant. What made it especially great was Jonathan and his amazing place. He was so kind and helpful and our accommodation was delightful! We loved returning to that beautiful historic building every night. It was so close to all the best parts of Bologna yet so peaceful and charming. You must stay there! Thankyou so much for making an amazing memory for us Jonathan!

Lovely flat with lots of items you could have needed. Shower not very warm. No info on wifi and had to request this. Quite far from main centre about 20 min brisk walk. Nearby train station. Very good communication

The place was absolutely lovely, super clean and spacious! Elena and her husband met us to check in and they were super helpful and lovely and let us know about the local areas and the best places to see and eat. It's perfectly located so you're near things but it's not too busy or loud, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby if you don't feel like travelling far on a morning/evening which is perfect. The bathroom is super modern and really clean and the shower is just lovely. There are a few bits and bobs for cooking which we didn't use but it was really helpful knowing that they were there if needed. There are some supermarkets closeby if you need to stock up on any food and drinks too! There was some tea and coffee for us to use and a bottle of water was already in the fridge along with a local dessert! It was such a lovely touch. If we ever come to Bologna again we will 100% stay here again as it was just lovely. Thank you so much Elena! <3

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

The accommodation has a very good location, practically in the middle of Castelfranco Emilia and yet it was very quiet. We could always find a parking space right next to it. It is a good starting point for activities in the area (Bologna, Modena, Maranello, Parma, etc.). Rita always responded very quickly, everything was hassle-free.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a 10-minute walk from the Bologna train station. The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in style!

Great experience, although it was initially difficult to check in, an alternative was immediately found. Spacious and clean, if we go back to Modena we will definitely book here again.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

We spend 4 nights here and had a good time, the view is beautiful in the middle of mountains and nature. We had a bedroom with a big, modern bathroom. Francesca is super friendly and it was very easy for us to find anything right away! Thank you for having us!
