Vacation rentals with breakfast in Metropolitan City of Bologna

Alberto’s place is in a stunning location, situated on a wooded hilltop with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful and you’re right in amongst nature! The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. We received a very warm welcome by Alessia, Ty and Alberto upon and Alberto even had some Mortadella, homemade bread, some duck eggs and red wine waiting for us after a long journey! We felt very relaxed and comfortable using the lovely gardens and outdoor spaces with our 18 month old who had a great time exploring. We bumped into Alberto on a couple of occasions and had nice conversations with him, he also gave us some great local tips! It was a perfect get away for us, grazie Alberto 🙏🏼

Elisa è stata molto gentile e premurosa. Il posto è accogliente e molto carino. Una nota speciale per l’angolo giardino. Ottimo anche per la colazione.

Alloggio pratico ed efficace specialmente se hai bisogno di un buon appoggio per passare la notte. Io e un mio amico abbiamo già soggiornato in questa stanza l'anno scorso, ed è stata nuovamente una garanzia, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione tranquilla e soprattutto strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo zone e città circostanti. Host professionale, gentile e sempre a disposizione per dare consigli o informazioni utili.

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

We had a fantastic stay at Roberto's! The welcome from Serena was so warm and friendly, it really made us feel at home right away. The apartment was lovely, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was absolutely perfect for us, being so close to the racetrack – it made getting there super easy. Serena was also incredibly helpful with local recommendations. We especially enjoyed the delicious pizza place she suggested! It was great having the option to cook at the apartment on another night too. Overall, we had a brilliant time, and Serena's positive and welcoming attitude really added to our experience. We left with great vibes and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable stay with a friendly host in a convenient location

I enjoyed the home very much. We came in late and Laura was very accommodating with our arrival. She sent pictures of the house and instructions with how to get in. Her cat was most gracious welcoming us into the home. He/she was so friendly and my son loved every moment. Laura was even up early the next morning introducing herself and her dog to us! Laura left us with everything we needed for our stay and even a few treats in the refrigerator. She was very hospitable and friendly. I only wish we could’ve enjoyed the home longer. We didn’t book enough time to just relax in what is a very nice area and home. It seemed incredibly quiet and safe. The house is found after climbing a mountain by car. The scenery was spectacular. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Siamo arrivati sera tardi, ci hanno accolto benissimo, molto gentili, sempre disponibili. Il monolocale è stato perfetto per noi, con una bomba piccolissima e un cagnolino, avevamo tutti gli spazi necessari. Il giardino meraviglioso che circonda la casa, ideale per il cane, il monolocale arredato bene e molto molto pulito! Se dovessimo tornare a Bologna sicuramente torneremo qui!

Alberto e Cecilia foram pessoas maravilhosas ao me receber. Alberto sempre solícito nas mensagens, transparente, verdadeiro e coerente a respeito do apartamento. O que se vê com o os olhos é realmente igual as fotos do anúncio. Localização perfeita na cidade de porreta, praticamente na parte central da cidade e 4 minutos da estação de trem caminhando. Valeu a pena demaaais!!!! Super indico e espero poder voltar futuramente.

Giulia e la sua mamma sono due persone splendide. Ci hanno accolto fin dal primo momento con cordialità ed estrema disponibilità presentandoci un alloggio spazioso, pulito e comodo sotto tutti gli aspetti. Hanno accolto con amore anche la nostra cagnolona che ci accompagna sempre, e questa cosa è apprezzabilissima in quanto purtroppo non tutti gli host sono disponibili a fare. Esperienza più che positiva per cui il nostro ritorno da loro è scontato.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement, Guido est un hôte très sympathique, très réactif, très accueillant, l appartement était impeccable, spacieux, nous étions 6, c était parfait. Nos hôtes avaient rempli le frigo et les placards afin que nous puissions nous confectionner de superbes petit-déjeuner, tout était parfait. La localisation à 30mn à pied du centre, près des transports en commun était un plus très apprécié, nous avons tout fait à pied. Un très beau séjour dans un ville magnifique. The apartment was clean and much bigger than we expected.The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed for our 7 night break.Giorgio was a great host answering any queries we had.I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to family and friends.

Viaggio di lavoro, Walid è stato gentilissimo nel concedermi di anticipare il check-in per lasciare lo zaino, mi ha inoltre reso disponibile un posto auto al coperto sotto la struttura. Alloggio perfetto, aderente alla decrizione ed alle foto. Grazie!

Our stay was smooth and easy from start to finish. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet – just what we needed. We were five adults and one child and the space worked perfectly for all of us. If we come back to Bologna, we would gladly stay here again. Definitely a recommendation!

Everything went exactly as advertised. I was meet by the host at the door when I arrived, received a tour of the apartment, and received a list of local restaurants (and had some excellent meals!) very quickly after arrival. Had some great last-minute help in getting a taxi when there was an availability problem. Easy walking distance to major locations and yet distant enough to have a ‘neighborhood feel.’ No complaints. Happy to stay there again!

Naprosto perfektní ubytování! Apartmán se nacházel v poklidné čtvrti, kde byli příjemní sousedé. Byt byl čistý, útulný (přesně jako na fotkách) a Gabriele byl super hostitel. Dal nám spoustu tipů a byl moc přívětivý. Byli jsme u něj týden a díky tomuto pobytu jsme si Modenu zamilovali a určitě se někdy vrátíme🩷. A velký plus byly přátelské a nádherné kočičky v okolí. 🤩

Sandras Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, sauber, super Ort zu erhohlen! Sandra und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen!! Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

It is just great. Not a travellers airbnb, to get a cheap accomodation...it is also not private. It is exactly what and how airbnb started. A super nicw, very beaitiful furnitured house and room with a perfect view on the landscape. It iy super calm and nice, but you can only reach well by car. an extraordinary experience, which is by far better than the nowadays way too expensive flats in cities, selling their shitty rooms quite over priced. We really enjoywd our stay a lot, Laura is great, talks excellently English and will make you feel welcome. wonderful and one of my best experiences in airbnb, even though I mostly give 4 or 5 stars, if price and service ratio was okay. This is something, which is far away from the most airbnb offers, really nice and awesome. thanks 4 all and have a good time Laura

I had a wonderful 2 night stay with Pierro. I could not speak more highly of him as a host. Very friendly and responsive while still giving you space to enjoy his facilities and come and go easily. I had a bicycle and difficult luggage to store and he helped me with it all. I will vouch for the quality of his yoghurt which other reviews have admired also. His apartment is an easy walk to all you must see in Bologna. Thank you Pierro.

Esperienza ottima! Roberto è un host davvero cordiale: ci ha accolto personalmente e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. È stato disponibile nel farci effettuare il checkout un po' dopo l'orario indicato, per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. Super reattivo per messaggio. La casa corrispondeva alla descrizione, anzi ci sono servizi non indicati nella descrizione, come la presenza di una TV con Fire TV Stick e degli asciugamani per il bagno. Posizione super tranquilla, poco fuori dal centro, che però si raggiunge velocemente a piedi.

A nice bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. Perfect for the one night stay we needed. Never had an issue sharing the bathroom and Ilaria left many options for breakfasts that we could grab to eat on the train to our next stop. Definitely recommend for a quick stay!

Teresa is the kindest host we have come across in our many Airbnb stays. She went out of her way to accomodate any need we had and even baked us an amazing cherry tart for breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home and her location was great for our needs. It is a charming peaceful town and was perfect for our group of 13. I hope we can go back.

If we could give Stefano and his wife more than 5 stars, we would in a heartbeat. They are truly a treasure, as is their B&B that they so kindly run. The location itself is wonderful, peaceful, and makes you feel like you’re in heaven. Then, Stefano and his wife are so kind, joyful, and intentional. They go above and beyond, and share their wonderful knowledge of Italy, food, and their numerous fruit/herb plants that they tend to and create yummy creations from! We left feeling like we just visited with family 🤍 We can’t recommend this place enough!

Ho alloggiato in questa casa vacanze insieme alla mia ragazza. Camera e bagno privato puliti, cucina in comune ordinata. Nessun disturbo da parte degli altri inquilini.
