Vacation rentals with breakfast in Messenia

Absolutely loved Archico. The photos don't really do it justice, it's a beautiful villa with lovely areas to sit and eat both inside and out. Bathrooms are great. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great storage. Great communication for check in and out which was in person (unusual these days and welcomed). Thank you for enabling an early check in. A 10 minute walk to the Giolava restaurants. Parking tight but fine for a regular family car. We would happily stay again.

We stayed at Evagelos for 3 nights. It was really great! We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we liked it so much here that we stayed another night. The tiny villa is very tastefully decorated. Everything is provided, cooking is also possible. The grounds where the villa is located are really beautiful, you feel right at home, The swimming pool is also beautiful, with sunbeds next to it and even in the water. Beautiful materials have been used for both the swimming pool and the villa. It is also sparkling clean everywhere. Evagelos is a very nice host who will definitely make you feel at home, while there is a lot of privacy. Nafplio is not very far away and is a very atmospheric city. I wouldn't know what could be better in this place, it's really a top place to stay without exaggeration!

What a lovely apartment which is newly renovated and with lovely decor without much clutter! We loved living like a local in a lovely Greek neighborhood! The apartment was 14 min walkable to the old town and it was great to be able to get out in and out of the touristy bustle! Also walkable to a lovely local beach! Lots of treats and great amenities. Lovely hosts who are helpful and always responsive. I would highly recommend!

Convenient accommodation close to the old town of Nafplio. Spaces are available to park your vehicle in the adjacent street. Easy exit from the city as well. Booking made at the last minute, Nickoletta was very responsive and available.

High standard holiday house with all possible facilities in place! Well organized by Skouras Real Estate (Oxana). We received a warm welcome and at all times a quick reply if we hd any question. Also a lot of usefull information on local top spots, beaches and restaurants.

Natasa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Helped me with all the questions and requests I had. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spots were available in front of the house, WiFi was stable. Great location - everything is reachable by walking. Everything is as described and great value for money. Definitely can recommend!

This apartment had lots of space and was a great location! It was a little tough to understand the meeting place. The host helped us through it. Once we found each other it was well worth it! The directions were "follow the road to Arvanitia beach, continue right after Arvanitia's parking, following the signs for Nafplio Palace Hotel and Villas and use the parking there (it is under an old building/hotel)." The parking is NOT at the Nafplio Palace Hotel and Villas. A better description would be to "follow the road to Arvanitia beach. Continue to the right after Arvanitia's parking up the steep hill. Use the first public parking area you come to next to an old abandoned building/hotel."

Easy access to amenities and close to Olympia. Our hosts were great and helped us at every point! Thank you Vasso and George!

We had such a wonderful stay at Michalis’ place! Easy walk from Old Town and the bus station, and the views are incredible. If visiting Nafplio, we would 100% recommend staying here!

We truly had a wonderful stay! The apartment was so clean and contemporary. The location was amazing. We felt very safe. The views were stinning. We would absolutely stay here again!

As Irini introduced, “the house is elegant and harmonious”, very cozy, feels like home! 10 minutes walking distance to the old city, very convenient to travel and eat. We stayed at Irini's home for two days, very relaxing and comfortable! I'm glad I chose Irini's home, it added a nice memory to our trip!

Yannis is a seasoned local with a welcoming and peaceful energy. The rooms are exactly what you see on the pictures. The view from the balcony in front of the rooms is beyond magical… the pictures only can show a glimpse of the beauty a guest will enjoy here. Its in the middle of Kalakatos, which is a very enjoyable marina-type area .. Closeby is the Mercouri wine estate too, which is an absolute recommendation as well for lovers of wine and nature. 10/10 ❤️

I highly recommend staying at Angela’s place, Sto Spiti B&B!! The setting is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet with many terraces for enjoying the view. The room was pristine, everything clean and fresh, with lovely decor and all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and Angela and her husband were very kind and friendly, I wouldn’t think twice about returning in the future!

Yannis is a caring host, he was waiting for us in the street at the bottom of the stairs, beware, there is a small climb to the apartment, but not so complicated. Room as described and shared toilets. A good place to stay for a road trip!
