Beachfront vacation rentals in Messenia

We had a great time!!! We had easy access everywhere!!! An ideal place for a family with children since the sea is just two steps!!! I highly recommend it and will definitely go back next summer!!!

Had a great stay in very luxurious apartment with stunning views. Upon arrival, we were also able to enjoy homemade tiramisu. We liked Pylos itself, but there are more beautiful places in the Peloponnese. The surroundings are magnificent, the snorkeling in the sea and the waterfalls of Polimnio were really super nice. Furthermore, we enjoyed the small pool very much!!

A wonderful house, spacious, comfortable, well equiped, off street parking for one car and with several lovely patios to enjoy the outside. We felt at home and happy at once. Restaurants and very relaxed beaches at easy walking distance, the nearest only at 20 mtrs. Kalamata did not really appeal to us but the erea, especially the charming villages along the coast to the east certainly did! Excellent contact with host Vasia, her happy childhood memories are not hard to imagine. Highly recommended!

What a spot of heaven. This little house is absolutely perfect in every way. 25 paces from the crystal clear sea, your own private beach shade, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, great Aircon, lovely shady areas in the garden and all a beach stroll away from beach bars and great tavernas. We never normally go back to the same place twice but we already know we'll be back again and again and again. Flawless.

We enjoyed a memorable time at Nikolao’s house. We very much appreciated the comfort of the house, the view, and the direct access to the beach. We also appreciated that the house was very well equipped and the kind welcome gestures. Definitely recommended!

This place is a hidden gem. Just a few meters away from the sea in a beautiful and quiet spot where you can relax and enjoy all the perks of the city of Kalamata. The house is perfect for a 4 member family and its proximity to the beach makes it ideal for families with small children. It was an absolutely perfect vacation! From booking to farewell. Very quick response to open questions even before booking. After booking, get in touch with Martha, the host on site, and organize all the details with her until arrival, such as transfer and bike rental. Martha is always discreet and yet always available but above all ready to help with a lot of passion in the background.😍 The house with the pool and the access to the sea are beautiful and very quiet for relaxing hours with breathtaking views of the sea

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Kanonia . Diana was so friendly and helpful via messages before we arrived and also during our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a brilliant boat trip, set up the BBQ as well as local recommendations. She was always on the other end of a message if needed and she made us feel so at home. The house was beautiful , we loved the garden and all the olive trees. We especially loved the walk through the woods up to a stunning look put point over the sea only 15 minutes from the house. We found some amazing places to eat within walking distance, and highly recommend 'Dopias house ' for their fresh Barracuda and Olives ! We would love to come back. We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

This is a very special place -so special I almost don’t want to share! The attention to detail, love, and appreciation of nature the hosts have poured into their home shines through. From beautiful antique furniture, exquisite bed, silence, little spots to sit in peace and kindness of the hosts to the nearby beach and lovely nearby town, this place has it all. If you’re looking for a retreat, place for creative inspiration,or rekindling a romance- this is it. A car is required- beach umbrellas and towels available.

This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The house is in the most stunning location with fantastic views across the bay…and the beach is just a few steps down the olive grove. The pool and house are lovely and contained all we needed. Regula was a friendly & welcoming host and it was a joy to stay in her beautiful house. We will be back. Thoroughly recommended.

We had such a wonderful stay at Ioannis’s gorgeous property! It felt like staying in a hotel everything was so well laid out. She was incredibly helpful and quick at replying and even on their bank holiday got our induction hob replaced within 3 hours! Couldn’t recommend this place enough with a short walk to a beautiful beach and easy access to shops, restaurants and a nice scenic walk into the city centre. Ioannis also supplied us with a taxi service that was a huge help in getting to and from the airport and felt very safe! The black out shutters on every window make for a peaceful nights sleep. This place is a must stay we can’t wait to come back!

Eleni‘s place was absolutely beautiful, close to all the amenities, beaches and restaurants. Perfect location. We stayed there last year and returned again. Would highly recommend this apartment as it is in a great location, clean, and very spacious. The surrounding area is to die for, with the drives to some of the local villages beyond belief. We can’t wait to visit Kalamata again and would definitely stay at this beautiful apartment again.

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

This is a very nice apartment in a nice residential area very close to amenities such as mini-markets and cafe/bars. It is two minutes walk from the sea front. There is a small but perfectly adequate sun-trap terrace and fully equipped kitchen. Good value.

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

Tania's apartment was well equipped. Host was responsive and checked us in on site. Water, coke, coffee and other things were left in the kitchen for us. Free laundry service was available. Parking in the patio. Highly recommend.
