Tremendo accommodation in exclusive barrio closed ten minutes from everything. Beautiful view of vineyards and mountains. Spacious and bright house. Excellent quality of furniture. Cups for wine and sparkling category. Very good mattresses, towels and towels. Carlos the father of Ana welcomed us in person, something that is no longer usual. He lives in the same neighborhood and has all the information you need, from a simple supermarket to a sophisticated restaurant. It is recommended to have a vehicle.

It was really worth it... we felt right at home... Belén guided us through the stay, super attentive. I am convinced that we will return to that beautiful place because it has so many things to do and the location, the super nice and quiet neighborhood provides security, the environment is beautiful...

This was a great Airbnb for a large group; the space comfortably accommodated the 13 of us and we had a great time. A few notes: - The entrance is very nondescript (hidden door in the facade of a restaurant) on a very busy pedestrian street. It's somewhat loud towards the front from the restaurant, but the yard is very peaceful. - Luca, the host, is amazing; he was very responsive to our needs and extremely accommodating. Five star experience! - The five beds in the main room of the rear house gets a lot of noise from the kitchen - The layout of the bottom floor of the main house is a little strange and there is a lot of dead space, that said there is still more than enough room for a large group - The parrilla is great for large group dinners! Overall, top tier experience would book again

The house is very comfortable, with a beautiful garden and a very good grill. Although we did not use the pool, it is very conveniently located. The house comes with everything you need to have a great stay and you won't miss anything. Mabel and David always responded to our inquiries quickly and were very friendly prior to our visit and during our stay. Very comfortable house and two full and nice bathrooms. Everything is great !! Excellent host, the house was in accordance with the characteristics of the publication, tidy and quite safe, the area is nice and quiet, it is very close to the street where there were quite a few restaurants and areas to dance and share.

The place was stunning! The facilities were as described. Monica the property manager was very helpful. The property has an amazing BBQ area and green ground. Ideal for gathering of a few families together. Long tables for meals together and the rooms were clean and comfortable . I would definitely come back next time.

I went to Mendoza for 5 days with my friends and the truth is that the accommodation was everything we needed, a beautiful patio, spacious rooms and very well located, close to wineries and with incredible views of the mountains! We would definitely come back. Sandra and Gregorio's service was great.

We had a nice long stay here. The host's parents live next door and are lovely people. The space had lots of room and it was great to have access to the rooftop grill as well. It was very cold during our stay, but warm enough inside with multiple space heaters and an AC unit. There were kitchen utensils missing but the hosts replaced them on request. They offered us cleaning (we did our own) and changes for the towels and sheets. The washing machine listed in the space was not working so they took care of that for us as well. The main negative with our stay was with noise. The street is near an intersection with a street that can be quite noisy in the main room. Luckily you can't hear it from the bedroom, but sometimes you can feel it! Also, the AC unit for the space next door (same hosts) can be heard clearly in the main bedroom. We made a point of asking about noise before booking and were told it was non-existent — maybe out of the host's control, but disappointing to not say so.

Fausto welcomed us since Jano was on vacation, everything was a 10. The house is very spacious and bright, the air conditioning in the living room and the two bedrooms were a relief in the hot Mendocino summers. Beautiful park, pool and grill. Unbeatable location with businesses one block away for daily shopping, and the Chacras Center less than 1 km away, so you can walk there. We had a problem with an air conditioner that did not cool and they were able to fix it, on the other hand one of the bidets did not work, the shower was not available during our stay since they had to take the single lever. Finally, the rooms have curtains but the light passes through (it does not block it), so in summer especially it is very bright from very early. It is a place we would return to without hesitation, we felt very comfortable and safe.

Emanuel was very kind, helpful, we were able to communicate well and quickly when we needed him. He allowed us to check in earlier than stipulated. The house is super comfortable, spacious, located in a beautiful neighborhood, very quiet and close to downtown. We didn't go on the typical trip to visit wineries, but rather the trip was to be in a quiet place and feel at home, and that's how it was. The patio is very green, nice and you can be there all day. Excellent heating, very hot water for showering. The kitchen is well-equipped and the internet works well. We would definitely choose this house again on an upcoming trip.

The truth is that everything was great. The location of the house is amazing, it's a very quiet area. Mauricio and Martha, super friendly and attentive to everything. The house is spacious and super cozy. We were 3 families, 10 people, and we didn't even notice.

We recommend it, very close to the central park, close to good restaurants, it is in an easily accessible location, everything was perfect.

Perfect. Everything is perfect! We only had trouble finding the house because Google Maps sent us somewhere else, because the numbering in Mendoza is weird, it's happened to us before haha
