I'll welcome you into my home and the first thing we'll do is have our mate session! Sipping on mate is a tradition that is deeply rooted in Argentine culture and I'd love to teach you all about it. As you enjoy this wonderful ritual that's part of our daily life you'll also have some delicious tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron and off to wash our hands we'll go. During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat empanadas; ensalada rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and chocotorta, a traditional dessert that is so good and easy to prepare! When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic scrumptious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta. You'll be absolutely delighted by the result of your hard work! From beginning to end, you'll be tasting Argentina's culture. Mate, tortafritas, empanadas, wine and chocotorta are part of our life. It's not what we eat in restaurants. It's what we eat (and cook) at home, with family and friends. That's why these flavours are intimately related to the moments that are most valuable to us, and I want to share that with you. We chose the wineries carefully to provide the best experience, we try to escape the wineries with a lot of marketing to be able to offer the best private experience. We are looking for wineries with the best human quality and a wide variety of wines to offer with the best quality. Each winery is different from the other so they don't stop surprising everywhere. We will have a lunch that includes drink, entrance, main course and dessert, all paired with different wines. After that, we will return to our beloved city. We will have a wonderful day full of learning, the places we will visit are really very well selected so that you have the best experience. Other things to note Everything is included in the price. I will pick you up at 7:30am from your accommodation. We will travel 2h to the South heading towards the Andes, up to where our experience takes place: Rosendo Pacheco's family ranch. This is in San Carlos, Valle de Uco region. You will learn how to saddle a horse and ride through the mountains for 1,30h, witnessing a remote, natural and wild landscape. We'll have time to stop for coffee and enjoy multiple views, take pictures and ask Rosendo any questions. If we are lucky to meet some cattle in the way you'll even get the chance to herd them down. Once we arrive in Los Toldos ranch, I will prepare a typical Argentinian barbecue -an 'Asado paired with local wine (veggie option on request). Around 4pm we will start the 1,30h ride back to meet the vehicle and return to the city. Other things to note: No previous experience in horse riding needed. Hola, nos reuniremos en nuestro punto de encuentro 9 AM con Noelia y nos dirigimos a realizar una Bicicleteada por Viñedos y Bodegas durante cuatro horas totales. En el camino podrás aprender a preparar Mate a orillas de un Río Mendoza...(increíble). En el recorrido tienes la opción de conocer un apiario y probar miel silvestre en una colmena, sólo esta actividad es opcional y a tu cargo. Luego de visitar dos Bodegas y realizar la Degustación de vinos en una de ellas, nos espera Gaby con un exquisito Asado en su casa, con vino tinto argentino. Te espera una picada de empanadas. Podrás refrescarte en la Piscina de Gabriel si lo deseas y la temperatura climática lo permite. Es un ambiente preparado exclusivamente para que gustes cada actividad. Una experiencia completa como no podrás encontrar en otro lugar. Una tarde de amigos argentinos. que podrás llevar en tu maleta de los mejores recuerdos. Concluímos a las 15 hs . Tras esta experiencia ecuestre, regresaremos a la estancia para degustar un auténtico asado de campo, acompañado de vinos seleccionados y un postre delicioso.
