As you enjoy this wonderful ritual that's part of our daily life you'll also have some delicious tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron and off to wash our hands we'll go. During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat empanadas; ensalada rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and chocotorta, a traditional dessert that is so good and easy to prepare! When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic scrumptious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta. You'll be absolutely delighted by the result of your hard work! We will start early in the morning, we will look for them for the place where they are staying. We will visit three wineries in total in Luján de Cuyo. I will pick you up at 7:30am from your accommodation. We will travel 2h to the South heading towards the Andes, up to where our experience takes place: Rosendo Pacheco's family ranch. This is in San Carlos, Valle de Uco region. You will learn how to saddle a horse and ride through the mountains for 1,30h, witnessing a remote, natural and wild landscape. We'll have time to stop for coffee and enjoy multiple views, take pictures and ask Rosendo any questions. If we are lucky to meet some cattle in the way you'll even get the chance to herd them down. Once we arrive in Los Toldos ranch, I will prepare a typical Argentinian barbecue -an 'Asado paired with local wine (veggie option on request). Around 4pm we will start the 1,30h ride back to meet the vehicle and return to the city. Other things to note: No previous experience in horse riding needed. We will hike in one of the most beautiful and breathtaking trails in Mendoza, to find a nice spot in nature and share a lunch with the best views of high mountains glaciers, local fauna and the lower valleys. The difficulty level its up to you (1 to 6 hours) Of course i will share with you some tips to help you to improve your adaptation to altitude and find a proper pace. The maximum group size is 3 people, almost like a private tour. We'll go to an area out of the grid, where normally there are no other humans around, to increase our chances to observe wildlife and enjoy sounds of nature. It is also possible to organize a hiking day in Aconcagua or Uco's Valley, let me know if this is what you are looking for.

Nos reuniremos en un punto acordado para emprender la experiencia hacia el lago Potrerillos con el fin de pasar un buen momento al aire libre, disfrutando el paisaje que brinda el entorno de las montañas, descorchando un malbec, sintiendo la adrenalina que genera la navegación a vela y por qué no las burbujas de un espumante. Visitaremos la bodega de unos amigos que nos mostraran las instalaciones y nos explicarán como es la elaboración del vino y degustaremos alguno de ellos. Al llegar al lago te enseñaré a armar el velero y las nociones básicas de navegación para que tu mismo puedas capitanear el barco. Si el tiempo lo permite -segun el clima- nos zambulliremos en las trasparentes y puras aguas de lago y nos dispondremos a probar un picada de ricos embutidos con un obligado descorche. Tu participación sera activa y necesaria. Estaremos de regreso a las 19 hs aproximadamente. Otros aspectos destacables: Nos reuniremos en el lugar donde estén alojados (Ciudad, Godoy Cruz, Lujan de Cuyo o Maipu). I will pick you up in my 2018 Toyota Hilux 4x4 at 10am, at your Airbnb. We will quickly stop for breakfast, and then head for the mountains. Our first stop will be hotel Termas de Villavicencio, where we will stop for a restroom break and a snack. From there we will start on route 52, which will take us to the famous "365 Curves" ascent into the breath taking scenery of the Andes Mountains. On the way up we will see llamas (guanacos) and Argentine Fox as we climb up to 9700 ft (2956 meters). Once we reach the highest point, we will have a spectacular view of Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the southern and western Hemisphere at 22841 ft ( 6962 meters). From there we start our way down, and make a stop in the small village of Uspallata, were we will stop for lunch. After lunch we go to the 7 Colors Mountain an take in the spectacular view from there. At that point we start our way back onto route 7, and then onward towards Mendoza. We will then stop at the small village of Potrerillos, and take advantage of the amazing views of the lake. From there we go on to the village of Cacheuta, home of the thermal spas. I will then take you back to you Airbnb. This trip can take between 6 to 8 hours, depending on how many pictures and stops you want to make. I will provide bottled water and healthy snacks. En esta experiencia, te invito a conocer el corazón de mi espacio, un TALLER DE CERÁMICA desde adentro, la magia, los procesos de una pieza de cerámica, desde comienzo a fin, materiales, texturas, colores, cómo se crea, desde el principio. Voy a mostrarte lo que sé, lo aprendido y experimentado... el recorrido de la arcilla, diferentes formas de construir piezas, objetos, cómo terminarla, con la posibilidad de que te lleves una pieza realizada por vos, que se entregará a partir de los 20 dias de realizada la experiencia o se enviará al domicilio a cargo del visitante, según se coordine con Uds! Es mucho más que una clase de cerámica, la idea es compartir...conocimientos, charlas, risas y un rico té o café; para que te lleves un pedacito de mi taller y de lo que significa este oficio de la cerámica. ¡Siempre sintiendote como en casa! Se trata de una experiencia táctil y humana, donde vas a conectar con vos y despertar tu costado más creativo.
