Aitkjn is a great host, polite, helpful. He even got me home based cake. Always communicated clearly. The unit is really clean. Building itself has a funny smell and didn’t like the find but the apartment was sunny, very clean and beautiful. Location is perfect. It’s possible to walk around if you don’t mind climbing a lot of stairs but that’s İzmir. I definitely do think given it’s Izmir, it’s very pricy and I couldn’t justify it. But I have no complaints otherwise.

I stayed in a much nicer house than the photos. Everything was perfect. The kitchenware was complete and you could use it with peace of mind. The cleanliness was excellent. Gence was exceptionally helpful with getting our taxi to the AirBNB, providing some recommendations, and generally making us feel at home. The location is excellent—close to the main restaurant and shopping streets, but far enough away to avoid crowds of cruise-ship tourists.

Metin’s apartment was a great base for our week-long exploration of Izmir. The central areas of Konak, the bazaar, the Eiffel pier, the Agora etc were all easily accessible via a combination of the Asansor and tram or via the metro. The airport was easily reached via the nearby metro and IZBAN. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well laid out. Comfortable bed, good washer, good wifi, quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of supermarket options a short walk away, albeit up a bit of a slope. Communication with Metin was very good, he met us for check in and we just left the keys for check out. We didn’t need to contact Metin during our stay but I had the impression he would have quickly responded to anything we needed. All-ın-all a great choice if you are coming to Izmir. Small side note; there are stairs and a bit of a hill but for anyone with a good level of fitness, perfect.

It was great to stay at Ertan's place. Located just 2 minutes from the lower level of Asansör (Historic Elevator Building), it's in a sweet vibrant neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and incredible sunsets from the top of Asansör. The apartment is very cozy and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Major sights like the bazaar and the waterfront are an easy (and inexpensive) taxi ride away. Ertan was extremely responsive and helpful. His mother, Hamate (?) was a delight to meet. She brought me delicious apple pastries on my first night. I'd highly recommend this sweet place.

We were able to arrive earlier than the official schedule, thank you Isil. Her charming grandmother living downstairs gave us the key. Several floors offer several bedrooms. Everything is well-equipped but the highlight of this house is the quiet and it is not negligible in Kusadasi, and the balcony of beautiful size where we often had lunch. We park on the street right in front, it's convenient. Good location for visiting the archaeological remains of Ephesus to the north, Priene and Miletus to the south, and of course Kusadasi by expressways. A very good memory and friendly contact with Isil's grandmother.

Great way to experience Turkey away from city life - cherry trees, dogs every where, outdoor fire pit to cook on, seeing stars as you fall asleep. It’s cabin life in the mountains of Turkey edition.

It's a heavenly place. Zero noise, olive oils were also very good, I bought a lot. I would definitely like to come again. Mr. Şükrü and his nephew are very helpful and kind.

We loved this cute place with its lovely view! The neighborhood seemed more traditionally Turkish than a lot places we’ve stayed and we enjoyed walking to a great restaurant near ancient ruins.

The accommodation was very nice and clean, offering all the tools needed also the host is friendly and well communicated and helpful..

The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. We mistakenly thought one of the mosquito repellents belonged to us, sorry, please, thank 🙏🏼 you so much, it was perfect.

Lovely stay. Got picked up from the airport, which was hugely appreciated as I was a bit worried about getting a taxi in the evening. Very nice chats. Amazing view of the sea. Comfortable bed.

Host is very caring, friendly and helpful. He also provided environmental referrals. The interior of the house was impeccable, everything we needed was available at home. The products were very high quality and clean. The location was very close to the center, we had access to everywhere on foot. We plan to go back in the summer. The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.

5 stars is not enough for Hootan and his place. Every single second of my stay I felt like home. The house is cozy and has everything you're ever need. Neighborhood is quiet. Hootan was really kind and responsive. His co-hosts (his cats 😄) are the sweetest furballs you'll ever see, don't forget to pet them! I can't recommend this place enough, that's the best choice to make when staying in Izmir.
