It was a house that met our expectations. The garden, balcony, terrace , barbecue area, winter garden were areas to have a good time with your child. Kitchen utensils were sufficient. We had a hot water problem that works with solar energy only due to the season and the fact that the weather is not sunny. Even though we did the instruction given by the host, the hot water came one day, the other days did not come. I don't think this will be a problem in the summer. Everything else was very nice.

First of all, the host, Tufan was always available, helpful and friendly. The place itself is directly at the seaside and very quiet. It's a simple independen bungalov which has everything you need. There is a generouse garden area with BBQ and various seating options to cill out. The location is a bit remote but if you have a car, shops and restaurants are only 10 min away. We enjoyed our stay at Tufan's place.

Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

Our stay was really pleasant and smooth. The house was tidy and clean in every way. There was privacy. Also Mr. Vedat was very helpful with everything and answered our questions very quickly. There were treats reserved for us in the closet. There was nothing missing in the house. Regarding the checkout, he said that the house was available, we could leave later, we left again on time. We stayed at this absolutely stunning and gorgeous home, just beside the sea for a couple of nights and would definitely recommend. Erdem was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His home matches the description and goes beyond. The sunset view was unforgettable. This was one of the best Airbnbs that we have stayed in and we would love to come back for a longer visit next time.

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

Canan's house is in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. It is well appointed and comfortable and a real home from home. Canan is a lovely host, she helped us in so many ways and was so welcoming. There are little beaches a few minutes walk away which are very quiet and Sigacik, which is a 10 minute drive away, has plenty of shops and restaurants. I've had a wonderful week there and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you like cats, as there are usually a few to be found in the garden!

The apartment has unbeatable views and is in an excellent location. Everything is impeccable and complete. We had a very pleasant time, not only because of the accommodation, but especially because of the host's kindness and commitment. Thank you very much Hūsnū!!! We will definitely be back!!

It was a very peaceful and pleasant holiday. Transportation is easy, the sea is cold, but immaculately clean, the caravan is exactly the same as the ones in the picture and the owners were very hospitable. We were very satisfied and thank you very much for going again.

We enjoyed the stay as a family. Have made all excursions by bus. were very well supported by Günay, who always had super good tips for all questions. Supermarket around the corner and right on walking distance to the beach undxrin Restsurant. We can only recommend the place
