Vacation rentals with a patio in Medulin

At Mevlida's apartment, we felt like at home and enjoyed our stay very much. Check-in was easy. The apartment and the house in general were really clean and cosy arranged. Our highlights were pool and our huge private terrace. Mevlida is an easy-going, open, child-friendly and helpful host who welcomed us warmly, was very responsive and provided us with all information and hints to what we can do and where we can go (beach, restaurants etc). If we come to Istria again, we would love to stay at Mevlida's place again. Dear Mevlida, thank you for your plum cake and Croatian delicacies - everything was delicious!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen Apartment. Wir fanden alles wie beschrieben vor und die moderaten Bedingungen wurde noch durch den sehr netten Gastgeber der immer freundlich zur Stelle war, getopt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist picobello und von sehr guter Qualität. Es ist geräumiger als man anhand der Fotos meinen würde. Die Atmosphäre ist privat, ungestört und entspannt. Das Beste sind die drei Katzen und der Hund mit dem nicht nur die Kinder ihre Freude hatten. Herzlichen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber.

Top Kommunikation. Von der Buchung, über Check-In & Parkplatz bis zum Check-Out hat alles prima gepasst. Es war alles sauber und ich habe mich gleich wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon von dem man aus der Ferne sogar aufs Meer schauen kann ist am Abend und in der Früh einfach wunderbar um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder zu starten. Gerne wieder! :)

Wir wurden von Antonija den gesamten Zeitraum von der Buchung bis zur Abreise über alles relevante informiert und im Chat begleitet. Da wir etwas früher als geplant angekommen sind, konnten wir auch hier nachfragen und durften sogar etwas früher in das Apartment, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Der Check-In erfolgte kontaktlos über eine Schlüsselbox. Nach Betreten des Apartments erwarteten uns Snacks und eine Flasche guter Wein in einer absolut sauberen Küche und sehr einladend eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten. Von dem Airbnb aus kann man sehr schnell nach Poreč gelangen und sich das idyllische Städtchen anschauen. Auch nach Pula oder Novigrad kommt man sehr zügig, was dafür sorgt, dass man immer etwas erleben kann. Im Apartment stehen auch Reinigungsutensilien zur Verfügung, sollte man sie mal brauchen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Everything was perfect, the main reason for the trip as a bike racing in Umag so it was a perfect combination of not so distant from umag and much more peaceful. Darko wife made fantastic pancakes for us and was always checking if we have everything that we needed. The apartment is very close to the beach and the region it self is beautiful.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Katja is a great host and welcomed us with a shot of a local drink, nice location and everything was clean.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder, ausreichende Küchenutensilien. Toller Garten mit einem schönen Pool und guten Sitzgelegenheiten. Eingezäunt, perfekt für unsere Hunde. Parken kann man direkt neben dem Haus. Das Meer ist quasi um die Ecke und ein kleiner Konzum direkt im Ort. Pula ist ca. 20min entfernt, aber Ivan sagt dir, wo du überall hin kannst. Aber man kann auch einfach super im Haus chillen und den Pool genießen. Ein großes Lob an Ivan, er ist immer erreichbar und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, vielen Dank ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The House was amazing and Jelena is a host you could only wish for. She took the time to answer all our questions prior and during the vacation almost instantly and was really helpful with the check-in and the recommendations for any activities and restaurants, beaches, etc. The house itself is almost brand new, really spacious with the big terrace and the two rooftop balconies. The rooms were super clean and really welcoming. Every bedroom has its own AC besides the one on the bottom floor, which isn't a big deal as it was chill even with outside temperatures of 33 degrees and above. The highlight of the mansion however is the giant pool, which was also super clean with enough space. the neighbours Andrea and Karl are super nice and welcoming and we even had them over for a barbecue. A little downside might be that it actually is really remote and you need a car for basically everything (groceries, beach, etc.) Can definitely recommend and would come again 😍

Ines was a really kind and thoughtful host, and her house was just perfect for our travelling family of 6. Lots of space inside, comfortable, spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace and garden for outdoor space. Perfectly located for all of Rovinj's attractions, everywhere is walkable. A 5 star house and highly recommended.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt - ein privater Strand ist direkt daneben, zum Ort geht man 5 Minuten und wundervolle Spazier-Wege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und als etwas in der Wohnung nicht funktionierte wurde das Problem prompt behoben. Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet - zum Kochen ist alles da was man braucht. Sveta Marina ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und man kann sich hier gut erholen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in diesem geschmackvollen Haus. Es hat viele kreative Elemente und ist damit sehr individuell und charmant. Frühstück mit Blick ins Grüne in einem kleinen Sitzbereich hinter dem Haus und den Abend im kühlen Hofbereich. Und auch unser Hund fand immer einen passenden Platz für sich. Sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und sehr sauber, genau wie auf den Fotos. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Branka und Ihre Mutter waren immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und unheimlich freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Appartamento completo di tutto , situato in posizione strategica vicino ad una delle spiaggie più belle di Pola , al centro città 20 Min a piedi , e vicino ad un supermercato ed un centro commerciale. Spero di tornarci presto.

Prima host en top co-host, spreken erg goed Duits. Beide heel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Let even op: appartement is op de 2e verdieping, en alleen met trap te bereiken. Goede bank en prima boxspring. Hele goede keuken, let wel alleen snelfilter koffie apparaat.

The apartment was simply perfect for our needs. It matched the description, photos, and amenities exactly, and it’s ideally located, very close to Pula and the surrounding beaches. The pool is large, extremely pleasant, fully equipped, and directly accessible from the apartment — just a few steps away. Wunderschöne Unterkunft, Renata ist eine sehr nette und gutherzige Person die uns bei Fragen immer eine antwort gab. Absolut fair und aufjedenfall einen Urlaub wert. aufjedenfall Wiederholungsbedürftig

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Meer war zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar und bietet einen Kiesstrand. Zu dieser Jahreszeit sind viele Restaurants bereits geschlossen, aber dafür auch deutlich weniger Touristen unterwegs. Man kann in wenigen Minuten Paula mit dem Auto erreichen und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Für Schnorchel Aktivitäten eignet sich der dortige Strand nicht unbedingt, hierfür sollte man mit dem Auto Nahegelegene Buchten, wie zum Beispiel „The Columbian Grotto Beach“ oder „Prostina“ besuchen. Diese sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung um die Unterkunft ist stark auf den Tourismus ausgelegt und bietet daher zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, allerdings kaum einheimische Lokalitäten. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft bestens für 4 Personen empfehlen, die eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz in Kroatien sucht und nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben möchte.

Waren 2 Wochen zu dritt bei ksena und es hat uns Super gefallen schöne Wohnung in einer Super schönen Stadt.
