Monthly Rentals in Medellín

The apartment was just as seen in the pictures. The wifi was also very fast and the owners communicated quickly with us. There is also a mall that is about a 10 minute walk which is helpful.

Solid place in the neighborhood. Good for a quick business trip.

I stayed here again after many years off from travel. It's one of my favorites and it's still a terrific place. The unit is on a corner of the building and the trees there have grown a lot, now there's hints of living in a tree-house. Has a great workspace (i.e. desk) and a lived-in kitchen (i.e. it has stuff) which I prefer over an empty one, just to pick a couple of highlights. It's one of my favorite buildings in the area and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Will return.

Awesome! This was our first time to Medellin and we couldn't have picked a better place for our 5 week stay. The apartment was fantastic, clean, bright, well equipped and a half bath that is a great feature that you don't find in many one bedroom condos. It's close to everything El Poblado has to offer. A 10 minute walk will get you to dozens of very good restaurants, nightlife and groceries but just far enough away from the action so that you have quiet nights. The view from the balcony is incredible especially at night. The front entrance security staff was awesome, friendly and helpful as was Juan our host contact. Highly recommend. 10++++
