Excellent accommodation very well located near Majorca in a quiet area, close to metro station, highly recommended for large families.

It's an amazing place, we loved the privacy and how clean it was, you're always hearing birds singing and you can see horses, it's great, highly recommended.

This is a large beautiful home with nice patios, especially loved the large balcony overlooking the quiet street. We had a number of people for dinner and everyone was very impressed. Great indoor jacuzzi with covered open skylight, large kitchen, charcoal barbecue, huge open living/dining room. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back and highly recommended!

Our 3 families had a great stay in Laureles. We had kids from 6years and up, and we loved the walkable neighborhood, the restaurants nearby and the overall feel of the area. The hosts were great and helped us book transportation. The Airbnb had so much sleeping space we ended up with one empty bedroom. It was perfect for what we needed. Would highly recommend for a large family or multiple families as there are distinct sections of bedrooms/baths around the apartment.

Absolutely exceptional stay! As a frequent traveler, this place stands out as my best experience yet. The security is impressive - guests must be remotely admitted through a gate. The spacious property offers plenty of activities and stunning beauty. Location tip: Major attractions are about 20 minutes away, so I highly recommend using Luis's suggested car service. His recommendation, JJ, was phenomenal - providing patient and reliable transportation for our excursions. Luis himself was an outstanding host - offering activity suggestions and addressing our every need promptly. The owner accommodated for all of our needs including an additional stay as a last minute resort. Couldn't recommend this place more highly!

Extremely friendly host, great house with plenty of room for guests. Pool table and pool were a great addition. Walking distance to Provenza and all the bars and restaurants. Security was great too. Highly recommend!

Don’t hesitate, just book. The house was welcoming, comfortable, and has a traditional yet modern feel. I liked that every room had its own theme/vibe. The area was also very peaceful and quiet. The hosts were responsive and accommodating to me and my guest. The beds are very firm which can be slightly uncomfortable after a while. Nonetheless - great experience and would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb in Medellin, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant Provenza area, where you can find amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. The host was truly exceptional—so welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was cleaned daily, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a wonderful way to start each day. If you're looking for a cozy place to stay in Medellin with a fantastic host, this is the spot! Sebastian’s place was in an excellent location. There was a large mall nearby that has numerous restaurants and shops within walkable distance. The house was clean and easy to access. Sebastian was also quick to response to any problems we had. Highly recommend.

100% recommended. We stayed a week in the place, it is very conveniently located, walking to the Laureles parks. The house is very nice, it has everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The decoration details are very nice. A very nice and quiet area. We'd go back there!
