The house comes with everything you need, and its own garage makes it much easier to unload your luggage. The stay was perfect, the beds were very comfortable for a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. Rocío was very friendly and we had very good communication at check-in and check-out of the apartment, definitely a stay that will remain a favorite for possible future visits. Highly recommended! We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

We had a great time at Jessica and Jean-Christophe's! Honestly, this is the prettiest Airbnb I've ever had the chance to rent. It is tastefully decorated, clean, new, the kitchen is fully equipped, the environment is quiet and secure, the location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants, but in a quiet area. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. I will recommend it to friends and family on a trip to Seville without a doubt!

nice apartment for holidays at Algarve. Tanya is a great host, very friendly and helpful. check-in without any problems. location is a little outside of the centre, but within 10-15 minutes walking you find all you need.

We chose the accommodation to be able to visit Sevilla by car while not having any hustle connected to the bigger city. Accommodation is 20 min by car to the city centre of Sevilla and serves all needs with walkable distance around, providing places for eating and also activities to engage small kids.

I spent a full week in mid April with my wife and teenage son in Rocio's house. The house is just like it can be seen in the description and photos -- everything is in very good condition and looks great, from mattresses to bathrooms (2 on the first floor, one additional toilet some steps below) to the main room (which combines the living room with the kitchen). The atmosphere was also quite positive, and Maria (who takes good care of guests in Chiclana) was always available for questions and support -- that was great! The house comes with a parking garage, which we didn't use though (it tends to be rather small). We instead used the available parking spots outside the building complex. (There were plenty of free spaces; it started to fill up when Easter arrived.) The whole area and complex were relatively quiet and calm (it might be somewhat more turbulent in the summer though). Be prepared that the walls of the house tend to be somewhat thin, so that you can hear your neighbors.

We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The reception and farewell were very welcoming and always ready to help or make the stay pleasant. Quiet area, somewhat far from the center, but convenient for parking and as a base. The facilities and equipment are very good, with everything you need

The accommodation is fantastic to rest and disconnect from the routine ,highly recommended for walks to the beach . we have been in the family very comfortable!!!

We were able to discover a great place to stay and were very pleasantly surprised by it. At every point you can see that the hosts put a lot of effort into stylishly and creatively expanding and furnishing the old buildings. The location is good for reaching Faro or for excursions in the surrounding area. Everything necessary was available in the apartment. Joao responded immediately when additional things were requested (blanket or umbrella). The rooftop terrace was lovely for breakfast or to end the day. Great view and a nice place to relax. The property with its various accommodations is definitely recommended.

The accommodation is just as the host describes it. It's been an incredible few days and I've felt right at home. It also allows pets, so I was able to enjoy my dog, since it has green areas that I accessed with her and parks very close by. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. Definitely recommended. We were also able to use the jacuzzi in the private area, which was great. Mariló was charming and always available for any questions that arose.

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful, well-equipped and sparkling clean apartment. Filipe was always easily accessible and also contacted us proactively. The apartment is very close to nice restaurants and to the boat dock on the beach. There were always free parking spaces right in front of the apartment complex. We did not need the two underground parking spaces belonging to the apartment. Thank you, Filipe, for the opportunity to postpone the check-out a little and for the many good restaurant tips. I'd love to come back and look forward to the next stay in Cabanas de Tavira and in your beautiful apartment.

Jose is a good host, before arriving he was already helping us with the places to visit and where to eat. He recommended very good restaurants. The house is very well equipped, clean and quiet, with a very good location and 200 meters from the beach

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

We really liked it. Lots of peace and tranquility. The apartment is small but cozy, with everything you need to spend a few days. Both my children and we really enjoyed the pool. Angela and the cleaning lady are sweethearts.

Very well located apartment in the center of the port, surrounded by countless bars and pubs, close to bus and taxi stops and located on a quiet street. As for the apartment inside, very neat and clean and very well equipped with all kinds of things, we will be back.

It was great time , great place and great Rui. Apartment really clean and has everything that you can need. We have breakfast at home( all equipment at your service), for lunch and dinner we choose every time different restaurant and enjoy best food . Beach just couple minute away. Spain and Portugal was so nice even at off season time. We think our vacation in Manta Rota at Rui's apartment was good idea, hope to do this again!

Had a great stay. The apartment matched the photos, it was very clean and in an excellent location. It has a sea view from the balcony and is a couple of minutes walk to the market. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with lots of thoughtful things like blankets for cool evenings on the balcony, separate towels for the pool and beach, a trolley and beach accessories should you want them in addition to a well stocked kitchen and washing machine and drier. There are two pools on the roof you can use, one outdoor and one heated indoor. This is a lovely space to relax, sunbathe and swim. Maura gave us all the info we needed and kept our bags when we arrived early. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in the heart of Olhao.
