Everything was perfect. The house was clean and had all the basics to spend a few days. From a good start and quick communication with the host. The house is next to the Ancha street, but still no noise at night. Very close to the beach. Very happy with our stay.

The stay at Guille's house was great. At first there were going to be 3 of us, but some friends' accommodation fell through and the 5 of us were able to stay without any problem by editing the reservation. Since the apartment is large and has 3 bedrooms. It is very conveniently located and also having parking is a plus because it is usually difficult to find parking. We will definitely repeat. Paula is a great host, the apartment is very cozy and located in a quiet area with plenty of parking, close to the beach and bars, supermarkets, etc.... a very nice experience, to repeat, without a doubt.

The apartment is in very good condition, everything is quite new and well equipped. The development is right on the beach and parks very well in and out of it. Good common areas like pool and Padel tracks, which could be better cared for, but that's not the landlord's fault. The area is very quiet, perhaps too much, depending on what you are looking for and for the restaurants and supermarket you have to take the car. Patricia's attention, the person in charge, was very good. Looking for solutions for any situation and being quite pending.

The apartment is small but very comfortable. There were 3 of us and we were fine. It is very cozy and clean. Being able to park next door is a big plus. Karl was a delight, taking care of our stay and if we needed anything, and he let us in early since he had no tenants the night before, which was very good for us. The area is very quiet, just to disconnect and close to other towns with more hustle and bustle. Our stay was great. I recommend it and we will surely stay here again. We stayed in Oikos Apartment just for one night and we loved it. Spacious, clean, comfortable, new, everything was perfect. We couldn't enjoy the terrace because it was cold, but it was very big! The girl at the front desk was very kind and friendly!

as a family, we were immediately put at home by our host. i recommend 200% pool ok garden ok and many places in the garden to relax etc.

Number 6 delivered on all counts. Cosy surroundings, nice and quiet considering how close to the centre of town we were. it was the ideal base from which to explore the area. More of us will return. Gracias.

The apartment is located in a quiet street central location of the small town. We really enjoyed our time there. Especially from the roof terrace, mine has a magnificent view over the area and you can watch the sunset. I highly recommend the place. In the surroundings Playas de Cartaya are beautiful and you can enjoy the long sandy beaches.

We had a lovely stay at Jesus's. The location is beautiful. The apartment is very pleasant, its terrace is spacious and our host is very responsive.

The apartment is located in a gated condominium urbanization, in a block with the best view of the entire development. On the terrace/back balcony we find everything to enjoy the views and the good weather, sofas and chairs, pillows and 2 sun loungers. Inside, the photographs speak for themselves, but everything is a precious thing, especially for those who appreciate details. The only if it is the fact that the swimming pool is restricted, it is a pity not to go in the morning. Otherwise, you need to drive to shop, eat, go to the beach, etc. Overall a very positive experience!

Everything was great. The availability, friendliness and attention of the host(s) was a 10! I felt like we'd known each other all our lives😊. The apartment is "whimsical", there is everything and everything is clean as new, it does not lack any detail, an elevator that goes to the garage for when you come loaded, restaurants 3 minutes away on foot but you don't hear the noise (I usually sleep badly and here I have never gotten up before 10:00), the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Thanks to Vanessa for her attention and Eva who was always available, attentive, and available for anything I needed. What more could you ask for? 100% recommended and I will definitely repeat!.. it was very short 😊

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

The apartment is much better than what is described, it is super close to the beach, it is very spacious, very comfortable beds, it has everything you need to feel at home with all the amenities. We traveled with 3 friends and our little ones, ages 4 and 5, and I can say that it is ideal for the little ones, super safe, comfortable, because it has an outdoor space to play inside the house. The parking inside the residential area, within walking distance of the apartment, has made it a great place to stay, with small children, all the facilities are appreciated. The host left us a wonderful welcome basket designed for the type of travelers we were, and the children were delighted. He was also super flexible with the checkout, so I was able to enjoy the day of checkout on the beach until late, when we left. Next year we will definitely repeat our mothers' getaway and I will also come with my husband, because I fell in love with the apartment and the kindness of the host.
