This walkout guest studio w/a private entrance and kayaks along the River Raisin is located halfway between Ann Arbor, MI and Toledo, OH. Cabela's Bass Pro, is a 5 minute drive. If you prefer small towns and local shops, a quick walk takes you to Dundee shops and restaurants. Pickle ball and riverside park are also a short walk away. Relax with the whole family at our peaceful place. The home has been in our family for over 60 years. We keep it mom ready so you will notice things in the closets. The home is 45 minutes to Ann Arbor, 40 minutes to Toledo, Ohio, 2 hours to Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio, and 60 minutes to Detroit. The driveway will accommodate a truck and boat if you want to fish on Lake Erie. It is a great location for playing in the city, going to a U of M football game, or just relaxing in a quiet backyard.

5 minutes away from Bolles Harbor, this home is everything you will need to have a great trip. Extra long and wide driveway. Two boats fit in the driveway. Backing straight into the driveway is possible by pulling into the parking lot across the road. Newly renovated. Fish cleaning tables and gut storage in garage. If your boat/trailer is less than 80" tall and 26' long use the garage for boat storage. Charge your boat. The house is across the street from a train track.
