What a comfortable appartment! Very spacious, equipped with everything, generous supplies. Great view of the lake, very private. You can enjoy your meals inside and outside with great views. Loved the hot tub!

Janey made us feel right at home on our trip to NZ, she even had the heaters on when we arrived! The space was clean and everything we needed was accessible

Our stay at Robyn's place was truly delightful! She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The house was cozy and comfortable, with breathtaking views to enjoy throughout our visit. The fresh avocados from her farm were such a thoughtful and special touch. Phenomenal property in a very zen area on Lake Rotorua. Everything about the place was first rate. Beds/bedrooms were luxury, bathrooms 5 star, kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. Outdoor areas were lovely. Can’t say enough about this property!!

Irene was a wonderful host, very engaged and helpful. The views were stunning and the location was great! This is a great property for two couples travelling together. It had all the amenities we were looking for and more. I would highly recommend this property!

It's a lovely house and our family of 5 had a comfortable stay. Massive green surroundings that made it feel like a farm stay. We saw a large herd of cows walking across the field in the evening! We saw lots of stars at night too! The house was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. We had ample space and bedding for everyone in the family. Highly recommended if you're visiting the area, which is near (20min easy drive) to the Hobbiton movie set which we visited.

Not being our first trip here speaks volumes. We love this quirky, quaint cottage soo much. Its location is superb and extremely relaxing. We absolutely love it and try and go there as often as we can. The hosts are extremely lovely and accommodating. It’s a 5 🌟 from us for sure!

Tanya’s place is outstanding. Great location, beautifully presented inside and out. Well equipped in every way. Spacious and comfortable. Milk and chocolate in the fridge. We were only sorry that we weren’t staying longer. Highly recommend.

We had a short but great stay at this Airbnb! The place was cozy, clean, and in an awesome location. An Air BnB which is perfect for both, adventures and recharging. Communication was super kind and easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Barbara's place was a perfect, comfy place to rest for a couple days after multiple days of camping. Would have stayed longer if staying in the area longer. She had helpful local advice. We found the neighborhood and apartment quiet.

Neat modern apartment in a small block very conveniently situated for the Bay Oval, and short taxi rides from both the airport and the main resort area of Mount Maunganui. Good supermarket a 10-minute walk away and liquor store just over the road. Tony always quick with communications. We had a very pleasant stay.

Louise's place was beautifully appointed and the facilities of the apartment complex were great with a lovely warm swimming pool, sauna and close proximately to the lake. However at the time of our stay there were noisy roadworks taking place on the main road outside the apartment. Being sensitive to noise we reduced our stay. Louise was very understanding and helped us facilitate our move, this was very much appreciated.

Outstanding accommodation. Right in the heart of the Mount. So easy to walk to all the fun things right outside the door. Lovely apartment too. Highly recommended.

I've stayed at many Air B and B's in NZ, and this would have to be one of the best in terms of overall value, comfort, amenities, location and privacy. Hosts are extremely welcoming, friendly and responsive. The place really felt like a home away from home for the three nights that we were there. 100% recommend and would be the first place I'd book if I was travelling to Hamilton again.
