The architecture of the building was beautifully included in the design and decor. The area is near to food and many other amenities. Very clean, spacious and comfortable!

Wonderful stay here with my family. The apartment is very large and located within walking distance of tons of restaurants and the lake. Was exactly as expected per the listing and would recommend.

This is probably one of the best locations in the area to stay. Absolutely perfect walking distance from everything you want. I loved the beach access and also restaurant/shop access as well. Quiet entrance and feels very personal. Some light noise from neighbors during awake hours but otherwise quiet and calm. Parking was easy and limitless with street parking in view of your apartment. Lockbox is a bit awkward to access but once you've got it, keys are easy to use since they're color coded. I recommend getting real fruit ice cream from the local food trucks posted out front across the street! And a toastie.

Dont use google maps to locate the address, it will direct you to the incorrect place. Nice clean place, good finish. Park and walks near by, 5min drive to shops. Offers great view.

A little gem indeed! Everything looked so clean and new, and the beds were super comfortable! Thank you Alistair for greeting us when we arrived to make sure we have everything we needed! It was such a pleasant stay and will highly recommend to anyone visiting Rotorua to come to this little gem !

Jackie was a very friendly host helpfully meeting us when we arrived early. The plan was beautifully set up, spacious, great central location with plenty of nearby restaurants, and with a nice back bedroom away from the street making it nice and quiet.

Exactly as pictured and described- had everything we needed & more for our short stay in Tauranga. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, neighbourhood is quiet and location is convenient. Clint had great communication from the start and we felt comfortable and welcome from check in to checkout☺️

Enjoyed the stay - appreciated the board games and the proximity to the city. Bed was comfy :) hosts were A++

We recently stayed at Silas’s place and had a wonderful experience. The property itself was just as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was also perfect with a beautiful view. The only downside was a lot bugs at night time as the property has great bush at the back, but it didn’t significantly impact our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

It was a beautiful house, and relaxing environment after a long day of activities. The location was an easy drive to all of Rotorua's attractions. Highly recommend the house with attentive hosts.

A serene and private spot to call home while in Rotorua. Away from the smellier downtown. The private tub in the back was an amazing addition. We wanted to stay longer!

Louise's place was beautifully appointed and the facilities of the apartment complex were great with a lovely warm swimming pool, sauna and close proximately to the lake. However at the time of our stay there were noisy roadworks taking place on the main road outside the apartment. Being sensitive to noise we reduced our stay. Louise was very understanding and helped us facilitate our move, this was very much appreciated.

Outstanding accommodation. Right in the heart of the Mount. So easy to walk to all the fun things right outside the door. Lovely apartment too. Highly recommended.

Stacey was a delight to deal with and I would definitely stay at her place again. It has a great homely feel and all the amenities you need.
