Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Spacious and quiet accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped (stove with oven). 2 children up to 14 years old can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the kitchen. The kitchen is a passage room to the adjoining double bedroom. The bathroom with toilet and washing machine is in the hallway. Grocery store, cafe and 24-hour shop very close. Wi-Fi throughout the house and extra cable at the desk for a stable internet access e.g. for remote work.

The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

The popular swimming lakes such as Mattsee, Irrsee and Mondsee are a 20-minute drive away.
