This home was exactly as described, clean, roomy. The house numbers were lit up at night making it easier to find in a neighborhood after dark. Everything was there that was needed. A wonderful surprise was fresh flowers on the dining room table, live plants placed around in the living room. A flower garden out back in perfect bloom. The best part was communication, pleasant, friendly, they even gave us the cell number just in case we needed something. Should I be in this area again, there would be no hesitation to book with them again.

Loved this house. We felt right at home. House was super clean and the neighborhood was fantastic. It was very quiet at night and less than 10 minutes away from Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews. We rented this house for a lacrosse tournament, and we will definitely be back next year.

My family and I enjoyed the stay very much. It was said that if we ever come back to this area, we would love to stay there again. Everything was above and beyond what I expected. The owners did a great job of making us feel very comfortable, the house was spectacular, the accommodations were fantastic, location was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better. This place is a real gem. This beauty is located in a quaint neighborhood in charlotte. Beautifully decorated, stained glass ceiling blew my mind and clean house. Highly recommend.

Emily and Cory’s are amazing and always responsive and let me tell youuuuu… their place was absolutely GORGEOUS! The plants, the bathroom, the color & decor.. made it feel homey. The place was clean, from top to bottom, and was quiet.. which we loved. The check in & out instructions was easy to understand, and was made it a smooth transition for both. They left tons of recommendations in a book from food, to breweries, even transportation.. which we checked out a few of their recommendations and absolutely loved them. You’re about 1-2 miles away from the life of downtown Charlotte, which is a cheap uber/lift ride, but also a great place to go to find live entertainment/food. We had an absolute blast, and can’t wait to stay again. Thanks for making our weekend a blast, and one to remember 😌

What a wonderful place to stay! Ken was great, responsive and provided a comfy but spacious home for us to stay. Upon arrival my husband shouted down the hallway to me - 5 stars!

Highly recommend this location and townhouse. Please remember there are lots of stairs in case you have knee or hip problems.

We stayed here for a weekend for my son soccer tournament! Fields were 7 mins away! Everythings is close to it! Comfortable just what we needed! Tamara was a great host!

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at the Tini House in Concord! The space is definitely tiny but so well distributed, every corner is thoughtfully used. The bed was super comfy, and little details like the rain boots and wood logs for the firepit made the experience extra special. The eco-shower was surprisingly refreshing and added to the charm of the place. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect spot to disconnect. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the shared eco-restroom, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you for the peaceful escape!

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

Linda's condo was exactly as it was described, and yes, the beautiful trees and scenery around it made it very peaceful. The condo is very welcoming, the furnishings made us feel right at home, and the location is great! Linda was always responsive and flexible during the process. It was a great experience! We will definitely be going back!

Stephen’s home was beautiful well kept and very clean. Conveniently located in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. Yard and sunroom are fantastic features.

We found the apartment perfect for us,spacious and clean. The location was in the country but not too far away from local amenities, about 10 minutes drive to Highway 74 . The goats are super friendly and enjoyed eating everything we gave them. Definitely would stay again.

We were in town for a family wedding. This home was easy to navigate to everything we needed, and had plenty of room for us to visit with family. The streets were walkable, neighbors friendly, and though we didn't use it, it was nice to have the garage option. Wonderful, beautiful home. Gas range was a bonus!!

My family and I stayed here for a Metallica concert. Beautiful home and the master bathroom was awesome! Really nice shower with a seat inside. Only 25 minutes from downtown Charlotte with lots of fun activities nearby. Extra cool points because I could bring my puppy with me with no additional fees added. I would recommend this home to anyone! 10/10!!!!!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little details. Our host was kind, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect too—peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. We enjoyed our stay very much at this location. It was convenient to a lot of different activities for us, minutes from downtown Matthews. The neighbors were all quiet, and the yard provided a peaceful atmosphere that my kids loved to play in. I would definitely recommend this place to those visiting Matthews, NC in the future.

The owners were great to work with and flexible with 2 requests we had while we were there.. I would recommend their place for sure. Our group felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Lots of little extras that were greatly appreciated!
