Monthly Rentals in Matapalo Beach

Absolutely loved this place! Very nice and cozy apartment with a superb location near restaurants and only 500 meters from the beach! I will definitely be staying there again!!!

Alvaro’s place was amazing - even better than the photos! The view and plunge pool were unreal, and the daily cleaning was a nice touch. Super clean, comfy, and air-conditioned. Shuttles to the beach ran often. We saw some raccoons at night but just lock the doors and it’s all good. Lots of cute cats around too. Would definitely come back :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Avi Fauna! Sandra was so friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The pool was a great amenity; it was so refreshing for a morning or night swim before or after hitting the nearby beaches. The casita had everything we needed to relax, and the jungle right outside your window was awesome! We even got to see some howler monkeys just above the patio one night! We would definitely return here in the future!

This rental exceeded our expectations for our first trip to Costa Rica! Close to the beach and a short walk to downtown. Julie and Francisco went above and beyond and ensured everything was smooth and as described. I can’t say enough great things about the whole experience! We will be back!
