The stay was very pleasant, was not taken at all thanks to the equipped and comfortable house. We didn't miss a thing. Laetitia and Eric's responsiveness and availability were much appreciated. Our little dog was able to enjoy the garden. We highly recommend this listing!

We had a great week at the place and felt completely comfortable. Hubertina and Bernard are very pleasant hosts, you feel right at home. The small cottage is very cozy and stylishly furnished, everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped, we often cooked. The stairs to the bedroom have narrow steps and are steep, so you have to be careful. There is plenty to discover in the area and we got great tips. We are more than happy to recommend.

Excellent stay in this very beautiful welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very beautiful and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

The whole family had a pleasant time as well as our dog with this beautiful landscaped garden. Françoise is very pleasant and responsive at the same time when you need her! Pure beach vacation, the reception is very friendly, the apartment is very clean and bright, very quiet. Very comfy beds and pleasant bedding. Kitchen well equipped, everything very high quality and with attention to detail. Location directly on the dune to the beach. We also did a lot with the bikes, it was a wonderful vacation, we'd love to come back.

Very well-appointed and well-designed modern apartment. Location in the center, 5 minutes from the train station, at the end of the very commercial Avenue du Gal de Gaulle, and barely 10 minutes' walk from the market. The beach and the embankment are a 10-minute walk away. there are plenty of restaurants and creperie 2 steps away, really great location.

The accommodation is ideally located, functional and very good value for money. The owner is very nice! I recommend it!
