Lovely “place to land” as the description says! We were in town for a family event and were in and out of the house but it was a wonderful place to be able to come back to and to spend the free time we did have! Everything we needed was available when we arrived and instructions for check in and check out were very clear - Susan was super friendly and communicative through the whole process (booking, arrival, and when we left). Very drivable into Knoxville and all the local places listed in Maryville are extremely accessible to the AirBnB! Loved how conveniently it was located. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay in the area!

My wife, oldest daughter and I took a trip to TN so we could look for apartments for my daughter - who recently got a new job in Maryville. This duplex was the perfect place to rest in-between visits to apartments, etc. Great, quiet neighborhood and just enough space for the three of us. The condition of the home is fantastic and the owner-provided muffins were a really nice touch. Smiles all around, great stay!
