Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Martina Franca

This was an exceptional Airbnb experience. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and well-equipped, but the warm hospitality really stood out. The host greeted us with a delicious home-cooked dinner by their aunt, served with wine—a generous and memorable welcome. The cozy fireplace made for relaxing evenings, and the kitchen was the best-stocked we’ve seen—an absolute pleasure to cook in. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and mornings on the stone terrace were a delight, with coffee and birdsong in a serene setting. Surrounded by fig trees in a small orchard, the house had fresh fig jam made from the property’s fruit, along with bread, milk, coffee, and muffins provided at check-in. A thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The location allows for easy day trips—many great spots are within ~30 min. drive. A highlight was our visit to the Walking Wine store (Ostuni) spenting a lovely evening with Graziana & George. I recommend staying >week to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of this region.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, gelegen in het centrum van Monopoli, op wandelafstand van diverse restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. De plaats was niet moeilijk te vinden en we kregen vooraf duidelijke instructies en tips waar je gratis je eventuele wagen kan parkeren. Je krijgt een typisch verblijf in een een woning van 4 verdiepingen met draaitrap wat voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn, misschien niet zo makkelijk is. Het was zeer netjes en vooral het dakterras was heerlijk om 's morgens met een koffie je dag te beginnen.

Bel appartement typique sur plusieurs niveaux avec un rooftop et plusieurs balcons situé proche du centre ville historique. Place de parking gratuite disponible dans la rue ajacente. Massimo est un hôte proactif, très accueillant, disponible et amical. Nous avons apprécié le rosé, les biscuits tarallis et l’eau offerts à l’arrivée. Massimo nous aussi aidé à porter nos bagages en haut des escaliers raides. L’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de caractère. Il y a 2 grands lits dont un dans une chambre et l’autre dans une mezzanine ainsi qu’un canapé lit si besoin, 2 salles de bain, une cuisine et un coin salon. Nous recommandons sans réserve ce bel hébergement à Ostuni !

Ho soggiornato tre giorni in questa villa con la mia famiglia. Quello che ho apprezzato molto è che davvero è fornita di tutti i servizi descritti, compreso tanti giochi per le bambine. Ina e il marito Sandro sono stati davvero gentili e presenti nel rispondere a tutte le nostre esigenze. È davvero un bel posto dove trascorrere giorni in tranquillità. A pochi km di auto si trovano località carine come Alberobello, Ostuni, Monopoli, Locorotondo. Nel complesso ottima esperienza.

The most incredible home we have ever stayed at, it felt like a dream. Mario, was a fantastic host, the house was beautifully decorated, the view was stunning, the location was 10/10. We will never forget our stay at Casa lleana, and hope to come back again!

The apartment is close enough for easy walk to Ostuni center, but still in tranquil location. The roof terrace was very nice to sit after day out. The apartment is just like the description and the photos show. Just if you feel yourself somehow glumsy notice the narrow steps in the photos. Gaetano answered without any delay and made us feel ourselves very welcome. Warm recommendation.

Excellent location. Helpful and responsive host. Great views of the water. Comfortable bed and big kitchen. Quirky layout with lots of rooms. Bathrooms are small. We enjoyed our stay.

A very cozy, charming little house, very well located, nicely furnished and well equipped for short-term travelers. There are at least three balconies/ terraces with a nice ambiance, where one can seat and relax. There is even a sink and an electric (?) stove on one of them. Francesca and Claudia were exceptionally attentive and helpful, they made our time in Polignano a Mare really special. The only shortcoming of this beautiful apartment are steep stairs, at times without rail, which may be a challenge for small children or the elderly.

It was really great to stay at Domenico's place! It was our first family holiday with a 3 yr old kid and due to some health issues we spent more time in the house than anticipated. Luckily, this house was superb and we had a fantastic stay as my son loved the house with all its owls ( so as we! ). Domenico was extremely helpful and ALWAYS responsive. We couldn't be more thankful for their concerns and help with our well-being! Can definitely say that despite this was our first family holiday it will be the most memorable for a long time! The place was super clean and well equipped for all our needs! Loved having breakfast and dinner on the terrace!

I had a great experience overall.. things landlord can’t control.. parking, noise and basically abandoned area like 30% buildings are abandoned.. they r making an effort to renovate but be warned in advance.. not much to see in the immediate walking distance

Schöne Unterkunft in einer zentralen Lage um Puglia zu erkunden. Erasmina ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist ein zusätzliches Highlight.

L'appartement était non seulement très fonctionnel et d'une propreté impeccable, mais nous avons également été très touchés par votre accueil chaleureux et les adorables petits cadeaux faits main par votre épouse. C'était une attention vraiment charmante ! L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, un véritable atout avec la place de parking si pratique. Être si près du centre-ville nous a permis de profiter pleinement de Polignano al mare. Mais au-delà du logement, c'est votre gentillesse, votre réactivité et vos précieux conseils qui ont rendu notre expérience si mémorable. Votre disponibilité et votre souci du bien-être de vos hôtes sont remarquables. Nous repartons de cette magnifique ville avec des souvenirs plein la tête. Vive l'Italie et vive les Pouilles ! Really amazing stay. Close to the beach and the town of Monopoli. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Vittorio (property manager) was extremely helpful during checkin/checkout, gave us so many great recommendations, and even helped me find a bar to watch the nba playoffs (something so hard to do in Europe!)

Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und die Dachterrasse einfach traumhaft. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und sehr flexibel. Marcello hat stets schnell und freundlich auf all unsere Fragen reagiert. Für Ausflüge innerhalb von Ostuni konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk, als je vragen had of iets nodig had werd er super snel gehandeld. Alles is op loopafstand en het stadje is ook geweldig. Grote supermarkt op paar min met de auto. Accomodatie was super netjes en schoon, prachtig resort, schoon zwembad, super netjes allemaal. Kan niet anders dan dit een dikke 10 te geven. Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je een kinderwagen hebt er wel veel trappen zijn. Ga ontbijten bij Verno, lekkere croissants en cappuccino. Heel veel te doen in de buurt ook. Binnen een straal van 30 min met de auto kan je je de hele week vermaken met allerlei leuke dorpjes.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, brand new, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly. Anna was a wonderful host – she gave us plenty of helpful recommendations and was always ready to assist if we needed anything. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. We felt very welcome and completely at home. Highly recommended!

Vincenzo’s place was perfect for our needs. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and there were lots of cafes and restaurants etc very close by. The old town is only a short stroll away, as well as the train station. The rooftop terrace was very good for us as we were there for almost 2 weeks and it was a great option for us to relax. All in all a great place to stay and Vincenzo is very friendly, approachable and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

As mature couples we loved the country side style accommodation in a modern residence after being in the hustle and bustle of the cities that we have been visiting on our 7 day self drive tour of Puglia. Everything that was promised was delivered and would thoroughly recommend a two night stay so that you can explore the surrounding cities with ease and unpack for a short stay.

Appartement chaleureux au coeur du vieux quartier, très agréable avec une vue magnifique depuis le rooftop dont on ne se lasse pas ! Petit bémol sur les équipement de cuisine un peu limité si l'on veut cuisiner sur place, mais largement comblé par le reste des points positifs... je recommande chaudement d'autant plus avec la réactivité de l'hôte, qui nous a donné de nombreuses adresses avant notre arrivée. Merci !

We had a wonderful stay in Vittorias place. it is a beautiful apartment in a stunning location, right in the old town and next to the harbour. Everything is walkable: bars, restaurants, beaches, train station. Vittoria is friendly and has lots of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Monopoli is stunning and we loved our stay, we would love to come back one day.

Fantastic location and beautiful setup - outdoor space is perfect. Very close to restaurants and shops. Hosts were super friendly and fast, clear communicators. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful place to stay in Monopoli. The apartment had everything one could need. The location was perfect to get to the water, shopping, restaurants and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Communication was excellent and quickly responsive to questions. Beautifully decorated and we loved the Molton Brown products!
