Villa vacation rentals in Martina Franca

Donna is a great host and the house is perfect for relaxing with family and it is close of all the best places in Puglia. The house is very well equipped, maybe the best equipped Airbnb’s house we have been until now. I suggest every one who wants to have a beautiful journey in Puglia, to enjoy this villa.

Rossella our guest angel was brilliant before we even arrived. She helped me plan our vacation with helpful suggestions and guidance. She also organised some balloons for my daughter’s 5th birthday which was so thoughtful. And our plane was delayed but she still let us at the trullo to provide helpful advice about the property (and had organised some breakfast stuff because of our late arrival). During the holiday she was always available to answer questions and sort out our trivial issues promptly. I cannot speak highly enough of Rossella. The property is delightful; peaceful location, surrounded by olive groves and the pool was brilliant for our return in the afternoon. Location wise it is fantastic; short distance to Monopoli, Alberobello etc (and supermarkets!) with longer drive to Cisternino/Locorotondo and fabulous Matera. We also spent a morning at Faslandia, which was fun for kids (although not a huge fan of safari parks). BBQs in the warm evenings absolutely perfect!

Great base for exploring beautiful Puglia!

We stayed there for a good week. With beautiful garden, surrounded by old olive trees and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need; the attentive herding dog made us feel well protected. We were warmly welcomed with a large fruit plate and a bottle of wine, and breakfast was provided with coffee, tea, milk, jam and cookies. The sea can be reached in 15 minutes, and the location is optimal for exploring the area. Many thanks to our attentive hosts Pina and Franco!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Thibault’s place! Starting with great recommendations before arrival to easy check in and a place that’s even better than on the pictures. Amazing design, super clean, great amenities to spend a cozy night cooking at home and a lot of space to chill by the pool. Loved it and will come back for sure! Many thanks 🙏

Beautiful detached house with all comforts. There were 5 of us and we had a very good time. The highlight is the mattresses🔝. A mini market is a short walk away. Thanks to Mauro and his mom, beautiful vacation!

We had a great time in this new house, very clean and matches the photos. Dominico is friendly, thank you again for the welcome gift. The location is really peaceful and allows you to discover the pretty villages of Puglia. We'll be happy to go back!

Pia was a great host, and her villa was beautiful especially the outdoor space. She was responsive and super helpful with accommodating us especially because we didn’t have a car and it was a bit harder to move around the area. She provided a number for a ride. She also provided restaurant recommendations which was very much appreciated. The area is a little bit hard to get to but I believe that’s normal in poligiano e mare. I recommend to others and would stay again! Thanks pia!

Our host Angelo was very kind, helpful and quick to respond to our messages. He suggested local stores and restaurants and we enjoyed them immensely. We look forward to returning to Puglia next year.

Mario’s place was amazing! It was a gorgeous property with lots of confort and good taste. Mario and his team couldn’t be more helpful. Always a message away and loads of suggestions to fully enjoy the house and the surroundings. We were welcomed with very nice touches such as wine, and a few things to get us going without an immediate trip to the supermarket. The heated pool was a big plus to make the most of the end of October. We would highly recommend Mario’s house and our family of four would definitely come back if we are back in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul‘s house. The property is really spacious and is in reality even larger than it feels on the pictures. There is also quite a impressive view over the countryside and actually a lot more seaview than we expected. We were two families with 4-year old children and we had ample space together in the house and each family could enjoy a lot of private space as well. The kids loved to explore the garden and the pool. Paul was super proactive and helpful before our arrival and throughout the whole stay. We chose this place due to its heated pool and Paul even kept us up to date on the pool temperature multiple times before our arrival. Also, there is Domenico, the local helper, living in the neighboring town. He came to great us and was available on request if any help was required with the facilities. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Valentina was a wonderful host. She gave us a warm welcome at the Masseria and took the time to show us around. The property is stunning – spacious grounds, a beautiful garden, and plenty of charming spots to relax. I especially loved the rooftop with its little fireplace. Valentina was always quick to respond and even sent us a list of restaurant and activity recommendations ahead of time, which really helped us plan our short trip. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Casa Mamita is a classy property surrounded by olive trees. The pool was perfect, great size and fantastic position right at the heart of the land. Lots of nooks and cosy areas for people to chill, enjoy a drink, have fun. Kitchen is full of tools, pans, everything you need (second fridge was a great addition). Super clean property through out, hosts are very responsive. We loved everything about Casa Mamita. A car is a must since taxi around this location are very expensive

A really beautiful location to relax for a week with friends. Two beautiful cats were always wandering around as well which always helps! An excellent spot for large groups of friends and family.

The house was fantastic and the location paradise. The very friendly and very friendly welcome We travel often on Airbnb but at Valerio we reached the peaks everything was perfect and we can only recommend Valerio's house. Our rating is 6 out of 5. We hope to be able to return to Valerio's place.

The Villa is beautiful, well appointed and perfectly maintained. If offers great privacy and the setting is gorgeous inside and outside. The outdoor space offers so much and is beautiful. You will not be disappointed. And the people that work there to maintain the property are exceptional. Special shout out and thank you to Daniela , would was Spectacular! She made the Villa shine all the more. And Imma, the chef , I highly recommend.

Nice place with good view in the country side

Enjoyed a beautiful stay with private swimming pool. Beautiful area to get out. The cleaning aid explains everything clearly upon arrival and communication with Sandra was also great. The house was great! Nice rooms and bathroom, lovely terrace. Perfect for relaxing with your family or as a couple in all luxury. If you use the air conditioning in the bedroom every day (evening/night), you are left with the max kWh per day and you pay a little more for this. This is clearly agreed in advance, but we did not know if we would go about that kWH/day with the air conditioning or not. In summary: Beautiful holiday in Puglia in a beautiful house.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The contact with the owner was excellent. Even before our regular arrival, we were allowed to enter the villa, as we landed early by plane, which was very convenient for us. The outdoor area is simply fantastic – with a large pool, BBQ and numerous seating and lounging options. Here you can relax perfectly. The beach is about 5 minutes away by car and also beautiful. A car is recommended from my point of view, but you can rent it cheaply at the airport. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and air conditioning, which is very pleasant. Unfortunately, our previous tenants had not left the dishes and glasses tidy, but thanks to the dishwasher we were able to clean everything quickly. Overall it was a near perfect vacation.

The place was just beautiful and peaceful, located in a very quiet area with amazing olive trees all around the property. The outside is just stunning, just the perfect place to recharge! The near by town of Cisternino is just so beautiful with lots of places to eat and drink! Highly recommend the place and the host!

Great! A beautiful garden with numerous quiet beautiful places where you can relax, including hammock, table tennis, sun loungers, park benches and tables, a great pool, and a very nice, well-equipped house. It had everything we needed, from washing powder, detergent, olive oil, a bottle of wine, ... - we felt very welcome! Gianvito was always available via cell phone and was always quick to help with questions and problems. We can fully recommend the place!!! In particular, the two apartments were perfect for us, you are close together and yet still have your own realm (we were there with son and grandparents).

We enjoyed our stay at this villa! Everything we needed was there. An well equiped kitchen, a washingmachine, a nice swimmingpool and a lot of space in and around the house. We would recomend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids (8 & 10). The villa is beautiful, pool was the perfect size, and it is so peaceful. Aurore was a wonderful host and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here. Only flag I would say is you need a car as the town of Carovigno is a couple of miles away and then Ostuni (fantastic place) is maybe 15 mins drive away too. Assuming you plan to have a car, you will love this villa!

Andrea and his wife are the nicest people in Italy ! They helped us in every matter, supported when we had difficulties, met our needs. They helped with transportation, Andrea was available whenever we needed. Smiling, kind, and helpful. The place is conducive to rest, relaxation, and well-equipped. The pool is the best addition, cleaned and tidy daily. The home is full of family warmth and Italian vibes. Well-equipped kitchen. My family and I felt like we were staying with friends. Highly recommended, peace and quiet. Perfect for getting away from it all. We'll definitely be back!
