Mitch’s place was in pristine condition and offered amazing views! The private space was just what I needed for a peaceful weekend in the mountains. Pictures do this place no justice as it’s more stunning in person! Mitch was a great host and I really look forward to my next stay!

That view sure doesn't disappoint! The location was outstanding and the condo a perfect spot for a ski vacation at Hatley Pointe. I recommend visiting the resort or at least eat at Smoke & Timber. Sabrina was super responsive to all the messages to troubleshoot issues with appliances and what not. Love how they remodeled the condo. I actually kinda wished it was on the 2nd floor as the upstairs folks were pretty noisy coming in and out. Sounded as if they walked in wearing their ski boots, but was quiet other than that. So many deer in the neighborhood wearing their cute, fuzzy winter coats but easy to get in and out from the interstate. Will definitely return for family get-togethers in the area as the Appalachian trail is one of my bucket list items. What a great area.

We had a great stay! The house was easy to find, very clean, had a beautiful view of the mountains, and within minutes of everything we wanted to do. Doing our stay we shopped in downtown Hendsersonville, did a hike, visited a vineyard (Point Lookout - ask for Mimi), listened to some homegrown live bluegrass /gospel music (Feed and Seed, Friday nights only), watched the Kentucky Derby at a local bar (Auction House), and grilled steaks on the front porch. Thank you Ken & Kim for hosting a much needed getaway.

April & Derek’s condo was beautiful and included all the necessities and more that we enjoyed while staying there - from washer pods, dryer sheets, extra paper towels, trash bags, coffee pods & seasonings. The one and only down side was the lake was inaccessible and drained on the side we were facing because of the restoration work due to hurricane devastation. We were able to take the kids to the indoor pool, we played mini golf and corn hole and they also had an Easter egg hunt & visit from the Easter Bunny on Saturday. We would love to return when the lake has been restored because it’s a very nice resort only two hours away from us. Oh and the views driving around the towns are amazing.

The view was incredible, the neighbors are a little close, Check in process was great, overall it was a great time and loved the house, we definitely felt at home ❤️

We had a great stay at Barry & Sherry’s place! It was one of the only places I found that would let my 2 dogs stay without any extra rules. I will add that there is a dog that runs free across the road. I’m assuming to keep the wildlife away, which I am fine with just caught us off guard walking our dogs our first night there. Location wise its perfect! It was easy to get in and out to Asheville, and about an hour-ish to the waterfalls. I would recommend staying here especially if you have dogs.

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay. We were given clear instructions on how to find this hidden gem property. Self check-in was extremely easy. The home is very clean, tastefully decorated, and it is quiet and peaceful. We felt comfortable, safe, and welcomed. The beds and linens were comfortable, and it was very quiet at night for a good nights sleep. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would stay here again if in the area.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a family reunion with our twin 6yo daughters. It was cozy so I would say that more than two adults would find it difficult to share the space unless you only needed a space to sleep. The place was clean, had a lovely porch to enjoy the lake views, and was very comfortable.
