Olivia & Vincent's place was lovely and walking distance from the city center. Great for a big group with lots of space and amenities. Also walking distance from the train station. The only recommendation I would give to anyone staying there is if you have a tough time with steep stairs it may not be the location for you as some of the rooms require a bit of a climb. Other than that, it was perfect. And Olivia & Vincent were lovely...

We had a great time at Sandrine and her husband's cottage. We were hosted very well. The accommodation is very warm, tastefully decorated. My daughter was delighted to be able to enjoy the games room. Having a bathroom in each room is a real plus and the bedding is very comfortable. The pool is very nice and clean, we appreciated the organization proposed by the hosts to share it equally between the two cottages. We'll be happy to go back to enjoy all these positive points again!

Stayed at Olivier and Fabienne's house for the second time. Very nice place to stay with children. The house is very spacious and tidy, there is a large garden with some play opportunities. The location is quiet but there is another large playground, a neighborhood supermarket, bakery and butcher within walking distance of the house. Great! We'll be happy to come back.

It was a great stay. The room was clean and cozy, in a calm area. Math and Delphine have a really good taste and you can see many touches at their place that is hand-made or selected with love. You feel at home there and you enjoy many small things that gives you the chance to know them better. I am really happy for spending the weekend with such a lovely family. You can always ask for advice and be sure that you are in good hands. The only thing is that the toilettes are in a different floor than the room, which has its pros and cons. For us, it was not an issue at all.

We were visiting Reims with my daughters and had a pleasant and restful night in this house. Warm welcome from the couple, very nice house, nice, clean and comfortable room for 3 people. Breakfast was perfect and we were able to connect with hosts for good tips on how to visit. I would highly recommend this listing!

Thanks to Patricia for her availability, for her responsiveness during the exchanges and for her kindness. My family was absolutely delighted. I would highly recommend its ideally located cottage, which can accommodate a large family. We will be back again.

Valérie’s place was very nice. She was extremely helpful when we checked in and was also very kind. She always checked in on us with the app to make sure we were ok and she is probably one of the friendliest people I have ever met! I highly recommend her as a host!

From the moment Paula reached out (which was before our arrival to offer putting up a Christmas tree) to the moment we left, we couldn't have asked for more. Paula's home is beautiful and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was spotless. All we could need was provided, even as far as makeup remover and sanitary products. In terms of location it was easy to find, easy to park (on the street or opposite in the church car park) and about a 10/15 minute (flat) walk to the centre of Epernay. Paula herself is lovely and very helpful, and it is clear this isn't just a business to her. I wholeheartedly recommend staying and will absolutely return if we visit Epernay again.

This is a beautiful place. It’s a little off the beaten path in Épernay, but since we had a car it was no problem. You can walk to places but the town centre is a longer walk. The cottage has an excellent kitchen with everything you need to cook everything. Beds and linens were comfortable. There are 2 full baths, the nicer/larger one is on main level and the small one is upstairs. We used the laundry facilities - didn’t see a dryer but didn’t need it. The outside space is gorgeous - hot tub as shown was relaxing and covered for rain or snow. You will want to stay all day. We wish we had one more just to chill at the cottage! Great host with tons of instructions in case you can’t figure out appliances ;). Alex also gave us great area recommendations and all were spot on! We will return!

Anything mentioned as a positive review is true. We just tried it and loved it. A big thank you to Audrey for his responsiveness and for allowing us to have the apartment earlier since it was free. We really liked the place, big, comfortable and provided with everything that was needed ( oil, salt, pepper, choco, enough toilet paper, etc, etc.). It's like being in an American sitcom setting. The terrace is also a plus as well as being able to have two offices. Our daughters were able to study in good conditions. We who love Vietnamese food, we were spoiled with two nice little restaurants close (literally) to the loft. And for kebab lovers, we recommend Kebaba 400m away. The best kebab meat ever tasted. Our car remained safely parked in the yard for the entire stay. We were walking to the city center in 10 minutes. A great choice!
