Workshop How to taste champagne
I propose a Tasting Workshop that takes place in 2 stages. The first part is devoted to the presentation of Champagne and its terroirs (Montagne de Reims, Marne Valley, Côte des Blancs ...), and the art of making champagne. Then, in a second time, you will taste 3 very different champagnes in order to understand the nuances of the Champagne terroir. It could be 100% Chardonnay champagne, 100% Pinot Noir champagne and 100% Pinot Meunier champagne. You will leave by having understood what differentiates champagne from other sparkling wines, but also by having learned to taste it. What is the good champagne glass? At what temperature should it be served? What is a Blanc de Blancs champagne? How to give champagne with a dish. The workshop will take place in a convial place, facing the halls of Boulingrin in the heart of Reims. Other things to note This workshop is for everyone, neophytes as amateurs. It is offered in French and English.

Modern Embroidery Workshop Strasbourg
You will learn the traditional embroidery techniques, stitching designs that are not your Grandma's. Whether you are a total beginner or have a previous experience in needlework, you will be able to produce a great piece of textile art. You will be offered a choice of different embroidery designs ( please let me know which kit you have selected when you book), have a look on the pictures for a selection of them. You can for example pic one of my four seasons tattooed ladies or one of the “ anatomy and botanic” patterns line. Embroidery is full of possibilities and totally doable by anyone. The only conditions is to love using your hands and also to be a bit patient. IMPORTANT: Please note that this workshop is only to embroider the patterns that I have designed ( and not a personnal object or drawing that you would bring). This is very important for the organisation of the workshop and a good cohesion between all the people who attend. You will be amazed by how fast you will learn and acquire the basics. No doubt you will be hooked by this really addictive and satisfying hobby! Other things to note You will have all the materials provided for the workshop, so no need to bring anything special with you. If you wish you can bring a notebook, to take a few notes
