Small apartment, to stay in 5 very quiet people, safe place, neighbors of the residential São polados, clean environment. it was very good to be in this place

apartment was as described and very clean, common area with heated pool, very good. Despite having several towers with many residents, it was possible to enjoy the common area.

All in Order

The place is exactly the same as in the pictures, with a wide view of the balcony! We needed two desks to work and the apartment met our need! The shower, refrigerator, air conditioning and television is very good and for the service of Monica. The only point is that we found a few sharps on the sofa, but nothing that discredits the accommodation. It is also the suggestion of having some yellow lamps, all of which are very light and white.

Impeccable Airbnb!!! The Studio is very beautiful, a very good decoration. All very functional, with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The location is very good and a very quiet street. The gatekeepers of the building are very polite and good people.

It was quiet as we would like it to be, the place is impeccable, comfortable, safe, very clean and nice. Flávio is a great host explained everything to us clearly and has always been available. I recommend it.

I spent very pleasant days in the house. Although it still has some finishes to be carried out it answered to what I intended to be days of rest. The house is far from the center, so you can hardly hear noises, except for the birds. I quite enjoyed the pool having a shallower part because my daughter is small and can have a lot of fun. My husband used wifi to work and met his needs. The main suite is very comfortable, both in relation to the bed and the presence of the air conditioning. The hosts Marcelo and Patrícia were very helpful and polite, always responding to us promptly. There was a problem with the refrigerator and they arranged for the change. I also liked the sincerity of the hosts when asked if I really wanted to close the reservation because there had been a problem with the pool engine, which they even solved before the stay. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay for those who want to enjoy good times with family and friends.
