My stay was very pleasant, the house is beautiful, the backyard is spacious with grass and swimming pool, great for those who have petz. The place of the property is extremely quiet and peaceful, great for those who really want to rest and disconnect in the routine. The host was very attentive and communicative. I loved my stay, thanks to the host. I recommend you all to stay.

We arrived tired of travel so it was great the help of Cleusa with this recommendation. The house was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils and the Pool was also clean. Kristine sends a PDF with a lot of useful information such as: nearby markets, restaurants,parks, children's attraction, emergency contacts and hospital address for emergency cases and more… For us who visited Maringá for the first time, it was a lot of help with this PDF with so much information. I'll go back if I visit the city again.

Excellent reception, impeccable service and support, quiet place next to a bakery about 30 meters from the house, and supermarket about 100 meters from the house, convenience store for drinks about 150 meters from the house too, a little far from the city center, BY car 15 to 20 minutes which to Maringá and far away, but we already knew this before the rental...I RECOMMEND FOR THE COST X BENEFIT and HOST SERVICE.

The house is very well cared for and of good quality, including great built-in cabinets, good mattresses and an excellent barbecue area. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and a washing machine - items that we use a lot. The location is good, being close to local supermarkets, bars and restaurants. But to get to the downtown area takes around 20 minutes by car. Luciano was an excellent host, always communicative and proactive. Also flexible with our need to have a late checkout. I recommend this accommodation without restrictions.

It was my first experience with AIRBNB and I don't have what to complain about. The property is impeccable, I went with a wife and a small child. great place, quiet neighborhood, has a lot of shopping around and we can enjoy it well. Rafael is very helpful and agile in everything we need. He relaxed the check in because we went to Ody Park and everything went well. I recommend it!!

The place is peaceful and quiet, but in the apartment I stayed there is no TV, but the rest is fine.

All very good, cleanliness and organization within the expected, super kind care of Paula and Family. We suggest putting a mosquito net screen on the windows, so we can sleep with the windows open, saving energy. We find healthier and the environment thanks !!!

Apê mto bom, easy to find, top parking, clean apartment with necessary utensils, there were two unprotected fans (I ended up hurting myself on the propeller) and as Maringa is a very hot city we spent some heat. I recommend hosting, great cost benefit.
