Monthly Rentals in Marina District, San Francisco

This was exactly what I'd hoped for, a longer-term stay in a Victorian studio in a great part of town. It has walking access to Union and Chestnut streets, Presidio, Crissy Field, and nearby transportation to get downtown. While it's not inexpensive, the accommodations reflect the price. It's located in a quieter area up on the hill and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The studio itself had everything one could need for a longer stay, equipped with kitchen items, mini fridge, a comfortable bed, couch, clean bathroom with a hot shower, and plenty of windows and natural light. Susan and Jim were very communicative and accommodating throughout the stay, helping to navigate any concerns as they arose. Hope to stay with them again, and would recommend this spot to anyone visiting the city or staying for awhile!

Amazing stay! Extremely clean and comfy suite. Access to laundry and sink was super helpful. Bathroom came stocked with everything I needed, plus a heated toilet seat and bidet, which I appreciated. Owners were great hosts as well. Location was great. Just around the corner from the amazing waterfront with views of Golden Gate Bridge. Shops/restaurants on the bustling chestnut st just a few minutes walk

Great place, very clean and quiet. The host was outstanding and extremely responsive. Good area with things around it and a secure, safe unit/area.

Fabulous stay! Hosts were beyond friendly, responsive, and helpful! Loved the location and the privacy of the unit. Felt homey and fit our needs exactly for a two month stay. Loved everything about it!
