Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

we stayed at this place for 4 nights, 1 couple with a baby and myself parents. it was wonderful and the hosts are very polite and nice, Gabe us lots of tasty sweet basket of food to welcome us. the apartment is wonderful and very v recommend!

We had a wonderful 12 days in Monsummano. The house is ideally located for exploring Tuscany. The location is just great! Good restaurants, ice cream parlors and cafes can be reached on foot. We highly recommend the place and communication with Daniele was great!! Thanks for a great stay! 👌😀👍

Carlo and Elena made sure that we felt at home right away. The welcome was the best you could ask for. The place is beautiful and clean and very comfy. They gave us a lot of tips for the area. And surprised us multiple times with delicious treats. We will be back for sure.

Like last year, I stayed here with my friends for the lucca comics, a super choice due to the peacefulness of the area and the spaciousness of the house

Awesome place to stay if you are looking for privacy and nature going hand in hand in the beautiful chalet surrounded by peaceful calmness and a relaxing atmosphere. Maria who is a very friendly Host was always helpful and responded very quickly if we had questions and we are thankful for whole service (with the car :) We recommend the chalet a 10/10 and would revisit it anytime again !

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

Daniele (host) made us feel home - Really open and helpful. The house was clean and well equipped, and lived up to our expectations.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, communication with the owners was very easy and pleasant. The location is great for reaching all the places of interest in the area (and there are many). Village with a good bar, pizzeria and brewery. Staying in a historic building has its charm and the swallows outside the window are enchanting...

Wonderful stay – felt like home! The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a great spot to relax, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the sea and right next to a big supermarket. Our host was super friendly, always available, and made us feel very welcome. It really felt like home. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We had a very nice, relaxing stay on Bellavista. Angela and her father were extremely welcoming. We were supplied with our own wine, homemade luggage and farm fruits. Staying on Bellavista was definitely worth it and we'll be in the area again at some point, we'll be back! Wehrli family

Claudia is a great hostess, always very helpful and super nice. We felt very comfortable. The apartments have everything you need, the pool is great - very clean and with a wonderful view. The location is also great - in about 15 minutes you are in the Volterra and up to San Gimignano you only need half an hour. We will be happy to come back and thank you for the delicious oil and the nice holiday!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Daura and her husband welcomed us wonderfully, both very welcoming and helpful Completely renovated, modern and spacious apartment, surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the hills They gave us tips on how to get around and, since we arrived late, they also made sure we had dinner. Really nice! I'll be back!

Dino's place is a wonderful retreat in a small village in the hills overlooking the Garfagnana valley. It is a cosy and warm place with a stunning view and excellent facilities. The perfect place for quiet and comfort. The stay has been excellent and Dino's indications were exhaustive and precise. Recommended 10 e lode

Excellent value for money. Spacious accommodation, clean, nice owner, just can't communicate with him in English. Close to the sea, within 20 minutes. Close to food and restaurant. I recommend it.

Paradise environment, in a spectacular setting, very close to the center. House full of all comforts, elegant, perfect for a total relaxing stay. Antonio is always ready to meet your every request, kind, friendly and hospitable. Definitely back!!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort! Three apartments with independent entrances in a spectacular place with breathtaking views nestled in a very nice garden. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Newly remade pool, not very large but very nice and collected to share with the people you go on vacation with. Especially suitable for large groups of friends/family to enjoy a dreamy relaxation.

After being scammed by a con artist who advertised a villa that was derelict we found ourselves with nowhere to go to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday. We had a Grandmother over 80 and two children under 3, nine people in total and absolutely no idea where to stay. After a desperate search on air bnb, we found this beautiful villa. Having auto-booked it, we crossed our fingers and hoped we wouldn’t be disappointed when we arrived the next day. I can safely say, we were not. The house is absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful, spotlessly clean and so stylish. It manages to be spacious and airy while retaining a coziness and Tuscan charm that we were originally looking for. Our host, was charming and accommodating. He gave us the privacy to enjoy his home while still being on hand for anything we might need. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable with crisp linens and fans in each for those hot Italian nights. The swimming pool is enormous, perfect temperature and CLEAN thanks to both the man who came to clean it for us and the little robot that chugs around the bottom when we weren’t using it. The kitchen facilities are top notch and our gorgeous host left us a basket with ingredients to make fresh Italian pasta with basil for our first day. He also popped down with a bottle of champagne for the birthday celebration. So kind and thoughtful. The house is in a wonderful village with an exquisite little restaurant nearby that serves some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Situated under an hour from Pisa, Florence and Lucca it’s ideal for day trips. We had an absolutely unforgettable time and if you come to Tuscany I can not recommend this property enough. We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

We loved the AirB&B, Raphael responded promptly to all our questions, and Laura, the manager was GREAT upon our arrival, and even when we contacted her, she was always VERY PLEASANT and genuinely helpful.
