Vacation rentals with beach access in Marina di Mancaversa-Giannelli

Lucci d'Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything: nothing is missing. From every window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment requires some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options for eating light and enjoying an ice cream. The parking lot next door is free if there is space, and very accessible if you pay. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back!

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Since I was looking for quiet holidays right by the sea it was ideal. Maria and Tomaso are very friendly and helpful also with bike rental nearby. A car or bike is necessary if you want to go to the center or to the promenade or to the sandy beach Spiagga di Torre San Giovanni. The promenade/center can be reached in 15 minutes by bike and on your way home you will drive into the sunset. Great. Looking forward to the next visit to Torre San Giovanni!

Incredible historic house in the middle of Otranto Old Town, in a quiet passage, and next to everithing. Very comfortable, very spacious and newly renovated. The parking permit the property has is very useful and saves money! We had a wonderfull stay! Otranto is really a place to visit!

Had an absolutely amazing week in this accommodation. Felt right at home from the warm welcome of Daniela and Valentino at check-in. The accommodation was very clean and provided with everything and a little more that we could need. The accommodation is located with fantastic panoramic ocean views, very close to the water, several different beaches and swimming areas. The accommodation is located between two villages with exquisite restaurants and cafés on each side. We are more than satisfied with our stay and will be happy to come back here.

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

Very nice residential area with wonderful roof terrace with views of the sea. Walking distance to the sea in 12 minutes in the center with running. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

The house is at the border of Castro on the litorale, surrounded by olive trees. It is very private and spacious. The view is amazing. The sea and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has everything and is extremely spacious, we really liked it. Ornella and her husband are very kind and very helpful, they even picked us up from the supermarket. We would definetly recommend it!

We absolutely loved this little house, a real slice of heaven! What the photos don't show is that the small house is located on a hill with a beautiful garden + sea view as well as fields of olive trees and wild flowers/grasses surrounding the house. It is also possible to follow very beautiful small trails in the fields from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped and the kitchen is fully functional. We also really enjoyed the location: many beautiful beaches are nearby and it's very easy to get around the surrounding villages / towns. In short, we recommend 100%!!

Perfect little house with rooftop in the city center a few minutes walk to all the attractions - we really loved it

We were charmed by this little corner of heaven. Comfortable bed, immaculate space, functional for cooking and perfect for relaxing outdoors. We enjoyed the availability of bikes since the village is close by. Andrea gave us great suggestions for restaurants.

The descriptions and pictures are very accurate. The apartment is easy to find if you don’t use google maps directions/navigation. The most direct route is to follow the “lungomare”, turn at AMU restaurant, and proceed to number 10. The apartment is on several floors, without an elevator. There are 65 steps from the street to the rooftop terrazzo and kitchen. Each bedroom is on a separate stop along the stairs below the kitchen floor. The apartment is the best equipped of any apartment in which we’ve stayed over a period of 12 years. Francoise is very helpful and responsive. She provided a great deal of local info and recommendations. Also, she can arrange for a parking garage; street parking is non-existent.

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

Of all our European travels over the last few years this is perhaps the best apartment we have stayed at! Incredible location with tons of character. Bonus: breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace! Comfy beds (1 Firmer & 1 Memory Foamlike) and excellent AC when you need it. This apartment is close to everything in Old Town, great shops and restaurants and you can catch a bus and be at a beautiful beach in less than 30 minutes ☀️ Emanuela is an excellent host and was prompt in her responses to any of our communications. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Adriana is a super helpful lady present and always ready to help and advise on nearby places to visit or where to eat. The house matches the directions entered and very clean. We had a great and quiet time. He spoiled us with some culinary...so welcome. Very kind person. Nice vacation

We had a very relaxing time in Vittorio's apartment. The large balcony has a great view of the sea. 2 beaches are directly opposite, only across the less busy street from the apartment. The free city beach with the sheltered bay is also within walking distance. The sea is crystal clear and shines in all shades of blue. The old town of Otranto is also within walking distance and offers plenty of restaurants and ice cream parlors. Vittorio welcomed us very nicely, also gave us many tips during the stay and stayed in touch with us. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Otranto.

This apartment is excellent. The location and views are amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to beach, local cafe and constantly changing vista. Out hosts were very supportive and friendly, but allowed us the space for a quiet holiday. We appreciated quick responses when we asked for recommendations. Terrazza Doxi Fontana is a beautiful apartment with large terrace & amazing views from inside and out. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are very similar making sharing fair for everyone. There are lots of stairs to access the apartment so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Once inside it’s on one level and has a good layout. A great place to chill out. No parking available close by at the port so we had to offload luggage and wait with it whilst someone else parked much further away. Inconvenient but workable. Gallipoli was a lovely place to visit whilst exploring Puglia.

Our experience at Elizabeth's apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Communication with her was seamless; she was always quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Elizabeth went above and beyond, providing detailed instructions for our late check-in and sharing wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The apartment was spotless, and we especially enjoyed the balconies with their stunning views. Located in a peaceful area, the apartment was just a short walk to great dining spots and a charming local beach. Thank you, Elizabeth, for an unforgettable stay – we would love to return!

It was a wonderful stay! The apartment is totally cute and has everything you need. It was totally practical that in addition to the normal wine glasses, there were also some made of plastic. You could take it with you to the sunset without fear of something breaking. Francesco recommended restaurants in the area and we were very enthusiastic about all of them. From one so much that we were there twice in 3 days. Francesco has always proactively initiated communication and asked if everything is okay. We were very enthusiastic and can definitely recommend the place.

The hosts are very accommodating, I found the apartment a bit small, but it was ok for 3 days. The view is amazing :)

Wow! What an extraordinary Airbnb. The balcony and views are absolutely stunning. We loved being surrounded by the ocean and the private ocean access to swim. Stefania was such a warm welcoming host. We had some delays and she went above and beyond to ensure we got settled in seamlessly. The airbnb itself is even more charming than the pictures, especially the kitchen which is well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The airbnb is also walking distance to all the main activities in Santa Cesare Terme but also feels private. We were in a group with a toddler and the airbnb was well set up for our needs. We hope to be back!
