appartement idéalement situé dans le campo di Fiori d'où tout peut se visiter à pied. quartier très animé donc peut être un peu bruyant mais c'est normal ! les fenêtres isolent quand même bien du bruit. super conseils pour les restaurants et les visites. arrivée simple, instructions claires et de quoi prendre son petit déjeuner et un apéritif ! logement à recommander !

Adoramos a nossa estadia no apartamento da Zdravka. Tudo estava limpo, organizado e cheiroso. A casa é muito confortável e renovada. A nossa anfitriã foi impecável, o nosso voo foi de noite e chegamos com uma pizza para que pudéssemos jantar e um pequeno pequeno-almoço. Zdravka também nos orientou com os transportes e aconselhou-nos sobre restaurantes. Sempre disponível e muito simpática. Mais uma vez muito obrigada com todo o cuidado que teve com a minha família.

Walter's place worked great for my month of italian study. Clean, with everything I needed. Very pleasant neighborhood one stop away from the touristy part of Rome. One thing to note, it doesn't have a couch or a living room so you hang out in the kitchen or the bedroom. Fine for me. Very happy with my stay.

Host gentile e disponibile fin da subito, l'appartamento si trova in una zona riparata e tranquilla in cui è stato possibile trascorrere un weekend in completo relax. Ottima la cucina in cui mi è stato possibile anche preparare una cena, camera da letto davvero molto comoda e armadio spazioso. Forse il bagno è un po' piccolino ma non è un problema si riesce comunque a fare tutto senza grandi difficoltà. Se avessi bisogno di alloggiare di nuovo a Cerveteri sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo questo appartamento.

estuvimos muy agusto en el apartamento a pesar de no haber visto a Giannivola èl estuvo pendiente todo elvrato y disponoble cuando le contactabas.El apartamento muy tranquilo y bien comunixado con el metro.Repetiria si vuelvo a Roma. nuestra estadía fue sin problemas, alojamiento alejado de estación de tren y del centro de Roma, pero estaba acorde al precio de arriendo.

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fluida y amable. Siempre estuvo disponible para resolver cualquier duda y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Además, tuvo una gran flexibilidad con la hora de llegada, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra organización y fue un detalle que agradecimos enormemente. El alojamiento estaba impecable: limpio, cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Se notaba el cuidado en los detalles y el cariño con el que se prepara todo para los huéspedes. Las fotos del anuncio reflejan perfectamente cómo es el lugar, e incluso diríamos que en persona es aún mejor. La ubicación también fue ideal para lo que necesitábamos, tranquila y con fácil acceso a todo. En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva en todos los aspectos. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este alojamiento y repetiríamos sin pensarlo. ¡Gracias por todo!

The apartment was lovely to stay in, we had stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. The location is 10 minutes walk away from the train station, lots of food shops nearby. Serena was helpful and friendly from the very start. Thank you so much!

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

Buongiorno, Que des belles choses, que ça soit l'accueil, le cadre, la maisson,... Ça commence par la communication avec Massimiliano qui réponds vite et très arrangeant, ensuite très bel accueil avec lui et son père. Ils sont tres aimable et expliquent bien en détail. Le cadre est magnifique, la balançoire pour nos enfants. La maison propre et assez équipée. C'est à recommander les yeux fermés. Encore merci Massimiliano et à son père. Tchao

io e mia mamma abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana con la nostra “cagnolina” (taglia medio-grande). La casa è immersa nel verde, in un posto curato e tranquillo. Donato e la sua famiglia sono stati molto carini e disponibili fin dal giorno del nostro arrivo. Consigliatissimo !!

Location is the best, just a couple minutes away from Colosseum. The house is very roomy , nice decoration and lighting. My 2 kids have their own beds. Moreover, the host is very responsive and allow to check in early.

The building is very secure. It was easy to walk to from the train station. It has a lift, which is always a plus! The main sights of Rome are a longish walk (25 min), but Rome has good public transportation and Uber. If you use Uber, do not choose the taxi option, Twice that didn't work. Stick to Uber's regular options. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood with walkable restaurants. Our favorite feature was the beautiful balcony terrace of the apartment that is quite large. Marco is a friendly and helpful host, who left us plenty of essentials in the kitchen. He even offered to put up drying lines, but we were not doing laundry during our 2 night stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Carmen's place was fantastic! This review won't do full justice to the amount of satisfaction, comfort we had during our stay! The place was pristine! and hands down one of the best AirB&Bs we have been to. The communication from start till the checkout was too notch and Carmen is a caring, responsive and responsible host! The location is perfect as it's very close to Roma Termini and 2-5kms walking distance to major attractions in Rome. in addition, there's a good bunch of food spots we received as recommendations that helped us plan our meal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And of course we will book this place for our next visits!

Gaias sehr schöne Wohnung war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere allererste gemeinsame Romreise als Familie. Alle haben sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, auch weil es viele Annehmlichkeiten gab, die den persönlichen Bedürfnissen der jugendlichen Familienmitglieder 😉entsprachen (Klimaanlage, Eiswürfelspender 😅, WLan ….). Manchmal wird in den Bewertungen bemängelt, dass die beiden Badezimmer nicht wirklich von einander getrennt sind, dass ist aber für Familien in der Regel kein wirkliches Problem. Gaia hat sich immer sehr schnell um alle unsere Fragen gekümmert und war sehr nett. Wir würden wieder kommen 😎.

Voll ausgestattete Unterkunft mit schönem großen Whirpool und Garten.Christina ist eine herzhafte sehr nette Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar 😀

Robby’s condo is the perfect place from which to explore and appreciate Roma. For starters, it’s just two blocks from Termini, so you’ll be able to walk to and from the condo with ease (you’ll appreciate this when you’re tired and need to return to Termini to head to the airport). And Termini has very good pastries and coffee, so your breakfast options are also just two blocks away. Now for some of the nuts and bolts of the place: the shower is very small but you get plenty of hot water, and quickly. The mattress is firm but that’s actually a good thing if your back gets sore easily like mine from walking up and down the seven hills of Rome. The AC worked perfectly, and was preset to 17 degrees. The fridge worked well and was spacious. And the wifi was very good. The condo does not offer picturesque views but it has reliable amenities and is comfortable. I would stay here again, since I visit Rome every year, just to eat (it’s a fact you can’t find a good carbonara outside of Italy).
