With proximity to Vänern, there is the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings with the whole family in this cottage with associated guest cottage for a total of 8 people! Bike path connects this idyll with nice beaches just 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp/Göta Kanal can be reached by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 minutes). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop on road 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

Sunny location morning to night with hammocks between the fruit trees that provide shade if needed. Small flagging because the ceiling height on the 2nd floor is lower than standard. 2 km walk to train connection. Oct-April, the house is rented monthly for SEK 10,600 per month in "cold rent," i.e. the cost of heating and electricity is added.

Warmly welcome to a lovely home for up to 4 lovers of life. Amazing sunsets! The cottage is modern and fresh. Living room and kitchen are combined. 2 beds in sofa bed. The dining area is a higher "bar table" with tall chairs for lake views. A walk along the lovely boardwalk is not to be missed. The area is one of Sweden's most popular destinations when it comes to excursion opportunities. The cottage is best suited for a couple looking for relaxation or maybe a family with small children.

Not far from the house is Kvarnstensgruvan, where you can explore the mines and eat something. There are many hiking trails and nice walking paths in the area. 8 km away is a swimming lake where you also can buy a fishing license. In winter, it is close to a large toboggan run. There is plenty of room for two families or more. Beach and boat docks just 300 meters away. Down by the marina there is also a sauna raft with a wood-fired sauna that can be rented for SEK 300.
