The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The small apartment with separate entrance, private kitchen and bathroom is located in the lower part of a 300-year-old, lovingly renovated farmhouse and beautiful farm garden, using only natural materials such as wood, terracotta, etc. IMPORTANT: Per day and per person, an additional local tourist tax of EUR 3.00 is payable on site NON-SMOKING APARTMENT, NO PETS
