Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Margherita di Savoia

Wir haben auf dem Durchreise 2 Nächte bei Daniela im Bari verbracht. Sie war verständnisvoll und konnten schon früher einchecken. Man findet in der Wohnung alles was man braucht; Es fehlt an nichts! Ich hab die Lage als genial empfunden, da man in 10 min alle Haupt Attraktionen erreichen kann: Corso, Altstadt, Bahnhof. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Daniela übernachten. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

Ubytovanie bolo skvelé, čisté, vo výbornej polohe,neďaleko centra. Izby priestranné a ako bonus nám Nicola zanechala malé dobroty na zjedenie, kávu a nápoje, ktoré nás milo potešili :) Nicola bola vždy nápomocná, vždy reagovala rýchlo na naše otázky. Ubytovanie vysoko odporúčam. Ak by sme prišli niekedy v budúcnosti, určite by sme sa tam znovu ubytovali. Ďakujeme za všetko :)

Der Aufenthalt im Appartement war sehr schön. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vor allem die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Man konnte abends gemütlich in der Nähe Bars und Restaurants besuchen. Preis-/Leistung habenden jedem Fall gestimmt. Francesco ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat auch ein Taxi für uns bestellt, das uns nachts zum Flughafen gebracht hat. Das italienische Frühstück mit Kaffee und Croissant konnten wir ein paar Schritte vom Appartment entfernt einnehmen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit Zug oder Bus. Einen Spaziergang von ca. 20 Minuten durch eine belebte Einkaufsstraße von Bahnhof und Busstation entfernt…Danke für die netten Tage und deine Unterstützung lieber Francesco. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was amazingly comfortable. It is situated about 30 minutes walk along the sea front to the old town. The more vibrant and newer parts of the town in between. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to a lovely beach. Note there is no “free parking on premises” as listed, which was disappointing for us as we had a hire car and specifically chose this accommodation because of that. We were expecting a garage type arrangement. However, there is street parking at €1 an hour (only day time - free evenings and Sunday as far as we could tell) if you can find a space. Otherwise there are large open car parks (one with free parking) within 5+ minutes walk. The apartment block is quiet, clean and secure and there is a lift. Our host was very responsive and check in and out was easy.

Un apartament generos foarte frumos cu 2 balcoane 2 băi la etajul 4 lift bucătărie destul de bine dotată. Pentru cei care vin cu avionul este destul de greu să ajungi tren de la aeroport până în gara Bari și de acolo autobuzul 53 circa 1 oră de mers. Gazda foarte amabilă ne-a oferit transport contra sumei de 20 EUR. Pentru 3 persoane te costă la fel dacă alegi să mergi cu transportul în comun. Să ajungi în centrul orașului Bari faci cam 40 minute cu autobuzul 53 sau 22. Nouă ne-a plăcut foarte mult locația și nu am văzut în asta un impediment. Autobuzele circulă până la 23.30. Atenție pentru cei care doresc să viziteze Matera sau Alberobello să se intereseze în prealabil de orar. Trebuie plătită o taxă de stațiune de 2 euro de persoană pe zi. Gazda foarte amabilă și receptiva. Magazin alimentar chiar lângă bloc. Recomand cu drag. Au fost 4 zile în care am fost ca și acasă. Am să o recomand și prietenilor din Cluj-Napoca. Merită. Mulțumesc.

Antonio was very friendly and flexible. He agreed straight away on a late check in and was waiting for us with a big smile when we arrived. We had a lovely stay at his flat, perfect for our need. Well located. Easy walks everywhere. If we ever come back to Bari, we would choose his flat again. Thanks for everything Antonio.

La casa di Luiz è piccola ma accogliente e pulita. Ideale per una coppia o una famiglia con bambini che vogliono soggiornare per brevi periodi. La cucina è ben attrezzata ma molto piccola e la doppia piastra è utile per preparare una colazione veloce. L'ambiente è spazio, ben illuminato anche se le finestre affacciano nel chiostrino interno. I letti sono abbastanza comodi anche se il letto a castello cigola al minimo movimento disturbando il sonno. Anche la doccia è da sistemare, purtroppo per noi aveva il soffione rotto ma facilmente risolvibile. Tutto sommato un esperienza positiva.

perfectly located just outside the old town. perfectly appointed,spotless with everything you could need. met by our gracious host who provided info and answered all questions and was readily available. quality linens,dishes and had welcome treats...made us feel very welcome... absolutely 5 star!

Wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame, sonnige Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Pool als absolutes Highlight. Toller Ausgangspunkt - auch unmittelbar schöne Strandabschnitte. Etwas besorgt hat uns der Nachbarshund - dieser bellte auch viel in der Nacht.

très bon séjour....pour nous et notre fille de 13 ans. fabiola est très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. il y a ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner... petites attentiôs appréciables lorsque l'on arrive tard le soir!! je recommande l'adresse !!

Alloggio in posizione storica,estremamente pulito,molto confortevole e dotato di un balcone suggestivo sulla cittadina, con vista mare.Maria con gentilezza ci ha aiutati dandoci messaggi e consigli per varie necessità (es.parcheggio).Speriamo soltanto di porterci tornare!

It was such a pleasure to stay at Michele, Emi’s place. The house is wonderful, so homely, comfortable and with a beautiful terrace overlooking the water. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bari Vecchia, with lots of bars, restaurants and street food options just minutes away. Michele was so kind to allow us to check in early and communication was great from booking right through to check out. Serena (Michele’s daughter) provided us with so many great recommendations on what to do, where to eat and possible day trips during our stay. I highly recommend staying here - hope to stay here again myself next time I’m in Bari.

Dom położony w spokojnej okolicy, gdzie nie słychać samolotów ani miejskiego zgiełku, to prawdziwa oaza relaksu. Cisza, prywatność i piękne otoczenie sprawiają, że można tu w pełni odpocząć. Budynek jest zadbany i estetyczny, idealnie wpisujący się w charakter okolicy. Zarówno wnętrze, jak i otoczenie domu sprzyjają wyciszeniu i ucieczce od codziennych obowiązków. Jeśli szukasz miejsca, gdzie można naprawdę odetchnąć i poczuć spokój, to miejsce na pewno spełni te oczekiwania.

Anastasia kontaktierte uns an unserem Anreisetag inklusive einer Wegbeschreibung, wodurch wir den richtigen Zug vom Flughafen aus sofort fanden. Der Check-in war super flexibel und Anastasia empfing uns herzlich. Wir fühlten uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohl - sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet (alle notwendigen Sachen zum Beispiel zum Kochen waren da, sogar Shampoo und etwas Sonnencreme war vorhanden, …) und für zwei Personen absolut perfekt! Von dem Quartier aus liegt der „Hauptbahnhof“ ca 15minuten entfernt und auch die Altstadt ist in ca 20min gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Beim Check-Out konnten wir länger bleiben und Anastasia war bei allen Fragen immer super schnell erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft nur allen ans Herz legen- tausend Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! 🙏😊

departamento hermoso en el centro de la ciudad, con todo lo que se necesita. La terraza es preciosa, el departamento súper siliencioso y tranquilo!! no veo la hora de volver!!!

Io e mia moglie abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questi nuovi appartamenti e possiamo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero eccellente. Gli spazi sono moderni e molto curati, con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata che offre tutto il necessario per cucinare come a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la disponibilità di lavatrice e asciugatrice, che erano liberamente utilizzabili. L'appartamento era estremamente pulito e ben tenuto, un aspetto che ci ha colpito positivamente fin da subito. La terrazza e il giardino anteriore sono davvero incantevoli, decorati con cura e gusto, un posto ideale per rilassarsi. Ci sono diverse opzioni per il parcheggio, il che è stato molto comodo, e la posizione è super centrale. A pochi passi ci sono ristoranti, farmacie e supermercati, rendendo tutto facilmente accessibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marta ed Enzo, che sono stati incredibilmente amichevoli e disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente!

Lo recomendamos ,ya que se encuentra en una zona tranquila,con supermercados, panaderias, venta de fruta y verdura,etc en el barrio y en cuadras cercanas. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy bien. Con Donato ,el coanfitrion,tuvimos excelente comunicación y recomendaciones,la verdad que fueron de gran ayuda, hasta una botella de un riquísimo vino,nos había dejado sobre la mesa. Gracias por todo y hermoso Bari!!!

Die Kommunikation mit Anna war sehr unkompliziert, hilfreich und sehr nett. Sie ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Ihre Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Molfettas und zu den Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt in ihrer Wohnung sehr angenehm gemacht. Ihre Wohnung liegt direkt im sehr schön restaurierten Centro storico Molfettas und ist sehr stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was Reisende brauchen. Und auch für das Frühstück hat Anna gesorgt, prima! Die Dachterrasse der Wohnung ist ein schöner Ort zum Relaxen und Lesen, von dort hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über das Centro storico. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in Annas Wohnung wohnen!

Giorgio est un hôte très sympathique et réactifs. L’appartement est propre et bien rangé et dispose d’une climatisation. La plage et le centre ville sont accessibles à pied et il y a un parking gratuit à 15 minutes de l’appartement. L’endroit est calme et près de la côte. Giorgio était toujours disponible en cas de besoin et habite juste dans l’appartement d’à côté. Nous recommandons ce airbnb!

We consider ourselves lucky to have stayed at Graziana’s place. The apartment has a strategic position, within a walking distance to everything – the train station, the buses to the towns in the area, the center and the old town. It was clean, quiet and with a unique character. But above all, we feel lucky because of the host. Graziana did everything possible for us to have an earlier check-in and to give us recommendations about anything. I will definitely recommend the place to anyone who asks me for advice about where to stay in Bari.
