Highly recommended. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen, spacious space. Claudio was very flexible with check-in and checkout, which is a lot of help. We had to bring sheets and towels but that was not a problem for us. Very well located apartment. Everything was excellent.

Very good place, you can't see how spacious it is in the photos. Fully equipped, modern, nice neighborhood, you can reach Pens to Alem's bars and locals area and the coast. Very good communication with Solange, and his family member who welcomed us and we were able to do a late checkout. Totally recommended.

We had a great week at Manuel's apartment. The amenities make it even more worthwhile to rent it. The fully-equipped gym, with new, excellent quality machines. The building is very modern, equipped with an indoor pool, pool table, ping pong, excellent reception and recreational areas. The apartment has a beautiful view, it is close to La Perla beach, very quiet and clean. A complete experience, with many amenities and a very attentive host. Thank you!!

Our experience was very good, since we arrived we felt right at home. The place was spotlessly clean and well kept. Also, the location is excellent, close to everything we needed. Monica was very attentive, always available for any questions.

Very good location with butchers in front, bakery 20 meters away and a supermarket in front, there were cold days but the heating with the radiators was impeccable, the bathroom was clean, comfortable beds so we will definitely return, I did not have much communication with Lorena why it was not necessary, she gave us the keys when we arrived and gave them when we left, we didn't need anything. The place is even bigger and more beautiful than what you see in photos. Edta excellently equipped, with en-suite bath and toilet, and the pool when we were there had hot water so we had the opportunity to use it even when it was cloudy and rainy. The neighborhood was beautiful and very close to all the restaurants and businesses. The host was extremely attentive and friendly. if we go back to Mardel, we will repeat!!

Marian is an excellent host! Also, the apartment has the best views I saw in Mardel of all the listings I was in. The area is a 10, steps from Varese, steps from Cabo Corrientes, from Playa Chica. A few blocks from Alem for dinner and for access to markets. Enjoy these days a lot, and I would definitely come back!

The apartment was just like the photos and it was even more surprising to see it, impeccable! All the amenities listed and of excellent quality and sweet touches to welcome us. I also highlight the quality and completeness of the kitchen and all its elements. The living and dining room are very spacious and comfortable, as are the bedrooms, beds and pillows. The view of Plaza Mitre is unbeatable and the fact that it is a single apartment is a plus to consider! Excellent service from the building staff, especially Carlos and Rosa, who were very friendly. I would definitely be back! A very well-kept place with quality service and all its features, and that welcomes pets. It's surely the only one in Mar del Plata.

Highly recommended, the apartment is very bright and wider than what you see in the photos. They have everything you need for a stay as if you were at home. The area is nice, quiet. There are places to eat within a couple of blocks and the beach is about 6 or 7 blocks away. Sofía is very friendly and attentive. We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing time. Jorge was always attentive to everything we needed. The apartment was super impeccable with an incredible view of the sea, where waking up and opening the curtains was a privilege. The spa area and dream pools, super relaxing. We had a great time and would definitely choose this option again when going to Mar del Plata. Thanks so much for hosting us, Jorge!!
