Mrs. Lía as a host is A # 1, a very responsible person and attentive down to the last detail,very helpful and attentive in case you are missing anything or need help with whatever it is

I think the best way to define how satisfied we are is by sharing that this is the second time that, together with my family, we have stayed at Ignacio's house. We love how clean and equipped the house is, the location, but above all, Ignacio's excellent attention and willingness to answer any questions and/or needs we had. Thank you very much Nacho for always being so attentive to making us comfortable! As we did this time, we will definitely be back!

The house is very nice and spacious. The area is very nice and quiet. Ines is a great host. Very friendly and attentive that we do not lack anything and we enjoy the stay in her house.

Everything is excellent. The house is just as shown in the photos, very comfortable and with everything you need. The park is beautiful to enjoy the outdoors, and the best thing is that I went with my dog who was able to enjoy it and the whole property was well fenced and safe.

We had an incredible time, Stella Maris is a loving person, very good host and sweet. The casita is BEAUTIFUL, highly recommended!

Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a super quiet environment a few blocks from the best beaches in Chapa. The house is comfortable, it comes with everything you need to enjoy. It's spacious, with a good park and very beautiful surroundings. Juan always responded quickly and was attentive to making sure everything went well.

Lilian’s place was amazing, we had a ton of fun and it felt just like being at home. Extremely well located, walking distance from the beach and from the restaurant and stores, the neighborhood was great. We didn’t want to leave the house, really nice BBQ place and outdoor seating + a magnificent garden. The kitchen was big and comfy and the rooms really beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lots of bathrooms made the place very convenient. Great common areas to hang out!! I will definitely try to go back to this place that exceeded our expectations!!! Thanks a lot Lilian for all your help and for being so flexible, congratulations on your amazing place!!

Excellent and nice apartment, exactly as shown in the pictures. Fantastic location next to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Mar del Plata. The property is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need to have a perfect stay. A spacious room (living), well organized next to the kitchen. The sleeping area is very comfortable. Nice and comfortable bathroom. It should be noted that I received the apartment very clean and tidy (which is appreciated). On the other hand, Daniela always answered our questions and was always concerned that we had a great stay. I also allowed us to do a flexible check-in and check-out, which helped us optimize our stay. In short, great apartment and host. Recommended to go to Mar del Plata, of the best options to stay!. We would love to come back…

The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is a very quiet neighborhood that has a hara when we went there was a horseback riding event that we could enjoy. The country area has a coto 5 minutes away with everything you need. Wifi is 10 points. Communication was always smooth and friendly, we will be back

The apartment was just like the photos and it was even more surprising to see it, impeccable! All the amenities listed and of excellent quality and sweet touches to welcome us. I also highlight the quality and completeness of the kitchen and all its elements. The living and dining room are very spacious and comfortable, as are the bedrooms, beds and pillows. The view of Plaza Mitre is unbeatable and the fact that it is a single apartment is a plus to consider! Excellent service from the building staff, especially Carlos and Rosa, who were very friendly. I would definitely be back! A very well-kept place with quality service and all its features, and that welcomes pets. It's surely the only one in Mar del Plata.

The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our dog and felt very safe and quiet. In the block is very easy to get parking during the afternoon/night so we almost always leave it at the door, it is a very safe area.
