Luxury 1400 square foot apartment. All appliances including washer & dryer. Fast Internet and cable TV. Close to hotels, groceries, and Schells Brewery within walking distance. Paved Bike trail across the street. The Suite is perfect for working people coming to New Ulm needing a very comfortable place to stay short term or longer. It's also great for a weekend getaway. We are at times flexible with the number of guests. If more than 3, prior approval is requested. 2nd bed is a futon in a sm rm.

Old Hauenstein Brewery - Ground Level 1

Stay in a real brewery built in 1891 where they brewed the Hauenstein beer until 1969. Remodeled in the authentic rustic industrial style of the era, rent the lower level unit with 2 romantic rooms, a parlor, coffee bar and bathroom. The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. There is No Kitchen. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally. It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown.

Welcome to a backyard getaway that will drop your mouth in awe. Kinda like "GLAMPING" but better!Has heat and Air .Unique, corky but a great place to relax and put your feet up in the hammocks inside. Must be able to climb a 6 foot ladder to get to loft to sleep. Can come to the main house to go to the bathroom or use the best compost toilet ever attached to your getaways space. Kitchen area if needed in wine area to use. Firepit and grill to use for cooking also. A place like no other!

Once a real chicken coop still on gravel road. No TV or Wi Fi . Create a personal hot spot. VT marble countertops. Deck with ample shade. Pine trees. Mid century furnishings. Original art. English major books. Wild bird feeder! Pets welcome. FREE half dozen eggs for one night stays. Cold pressed honey from Tom's bees. Up the road from local award winning winery. Can be dusty because I do not dust every day. Hopeful, quiet, very simple. The Coop is not a sterile hotel room

Visit the cats anytime between the hours of 9am-9pm on the days you are booked! Marley and Teddy are the resident cats there and they will keep you company!
