Great place for a nice peaceful stay. We loved the whole setup with the kitchen being outside. No other people near us. Overall great place and excellent communication.

Great place near the Lajitas Golf Resort! Location was great to still enjoy golf and everything Big Bend has to offer. Daryl is an outstanding host! Very responsive and full of helpful information.

Daryl and Janet were really proactive in providing us with directions and guides for the home. The home itself was great - very spacious for my group of 6, and every pair/person had their own comfortable room. the place was very clean and well stocked with towels, trash bags, etc. location wise it wasn't the closest thing to the park, but still not very far (an extra 13 or so minutes compared to Terlingua). there is a general store and 2 restaurants in a 5 minute radius, and Terlingua itself is about 10-15 minutes away. would definitely come back again with our group if we went back here!

The Bus Stop truly embodies the glamping lifestyle. Some things to take note of: mentioned in the listing, but I’ll say it again - this renovated military bus is situated between BBNP & BBRSP. It’s about mid-way between Terlingua & Lajitas. The silence is GLORIOUS & the surroundings are beautiful. The rock road to the unit is 2 to 3 miles off the main highway. We did not mind. We did not utilize the outside shower as some vegetation was taking over, but it would definitely have been private. We had a couple of issues that Thomas addressed immediately. Their response time was impressive. If you have sunshades for your vehicle, I’d recommend to bring them for the front windows of the bus. Someone would have to be close to see inside, but we found they helped with the late afternoon heating up the unit. Bring washcloths, paper towels, and body wash. Overall, we enjoyed the peace & would stay again.

Christina is a great host. She took care of an issue before we even knew about it and let us know the process. The Airbnb is in a great location with access to both the Big Bend National Park and the Big Bend State park. It is also walking distance to Lajitas Resort area close to the golf course, great bar and restaurant. The place is roomy and accommodating for our needs. The back porch has a grill and was lovely. The bed is a full/double bed and its best if guests bring their own amenities.

Great place to relax and look at the stars. Easy spot to go into Big Bend National Park from.
