The centre can be reached on foot by walking along the lakeshore or the park, or by a few bus stops (which directly connects the flat with the station and the city centre). The flat has just been refurbished, has all the comforts, furnished with care and with artwork that makes it unique. The terrace has a spectacular view of the lake. Parking spaces can be reserved at the property.

It is considered a strategic town, a few kilometers from Lugano and numerous tourist attractions (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, Mountain Bike excursions, Monte Tamaro, etc.). Close to many services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs, post offices and pharmacies. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main public transport (bus and train) and highway entrances.

Rustic La Tagliata

The rustic La Tagliata is a lovely Ticino house of about 75 square meters, simply furnished, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 3), ample greenery with a very relaxing surrounding garden. Private parking. Smartworking station both indoors and outdoors with Wi-Fi. For the summer, there is an outdoor dining table, relaxing sun loungers, and a cozy patio. Pets are welcome. In winter it is heated with electric radiators and a warm wood-burning fireplace. Ideal starting point for excursions.

The house has been renovated with love for detail, the rooms are warm and welcoming. Upon arriving in your private garden, you will be left speechless by the breathtaking view overlooking the landscape. Cademario is the ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, from here you can reach several trails for hikers and mountain bikers. From 10/01 to 06/01, the use of the Hot Pot is included in the living room to immerse yourself in hot water in front of a wonderful view.

Apartment of 2 rooms in brand new construction located on Mondonico hill. Total relaxation with unbeatable view of the Bay of Agno. The bathroom features 1 spacious walk-in shower and a bathtub. In the open-plan living room, kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a wood-burning stove that warms the environment and soul on autumn and winter days. In summer, the large terrace is used to the fullest for aperitifs and sunbathing.
