Welcome to the "Waldhaus an der Wiese" in Uelsen. On a 1000 sqm sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birch trees, pines and oaks, lies our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly tranquility in a natural environment.

Unique estate in nature near Ootmarsum

In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of nature reserve the Springendal, just a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have access to one of the ten apartments that are fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old granary, you can have breakfast or lunch, and we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a locally special beer.

Cozy bakery a stone's throw from the German forests

Our completely refurbished bakery is located in one of the quietest places in the Netherlands. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sunbeds and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Little guest apartment with rural charm

This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits.

This great accommodation is located in beautiful quiet Twente, and guarantees fun with the whole family and is of course suitable to stay with a group of friends or the family. The house is next door to our own house, and an ultimate place for lovers of peace and nature. Our house is located on a sandy road near the edge of the nature reserve "Cirkels van Jannink”. The cozy and cozily furnished holiday home was completely renovated in 2023.

Enjoy this quiet place right on the edge of the forest. Dogs are allowed free of charge, 1 meter high fence. For the dogs, there are feeding bowls, water bowl, basket and other sleeping places, bench and swimming pool. For children, next to the house is a playground and about 500 meters away is a beautiful Abenteuerspielplatz. Entrance is free here. Hiking and biking, fantastic from this chalet.

Our cozily furnished chalet, located on the quiet campsite Bij de Bronnen near Ootmarsum. It has a lovely garden and a beautiful veranda where you can sit until late in the evening. This chalet is widely used by hikers and bike riders. Hiking trails are in the chalet. Ootmarsum and Oldenzaal are steps away. A visit to Bad Bentheim or Münster, which is a little further away, is also worthwhile.

Guesthouse an der Vechte

In our guest house furnished with a lot of love, we warmly welcome our guests. The guest house has 2 single beds, which are located on an gallery. ( The beds can also be pushed together). There is room for more guests on a sofa bed. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and biking trails, you will find our nice guest house. We look forward to your visit.

Wij (Erik & Maaike) zijn sinds augustus ‘23 eigenaar van dit heerlijke stulpje. Ruimtelijk, fenomenaal uitzicht over de weilanden, rustig en toch binnen 5 minuten fietsafstand van het centrum van Oldenzaal. We willen deze fantastische plek graag met je delen (samen met onze hond Henk, 2 kittens en 3 kipjes)
