Private entry, Mother in law suite. It is a small space, one room, updated, in a safe and comfortable beach community. The space is located in the Upham Beach area walking distance to the beach. One Secure off street parking. No guest parking. No second car. No street parking. No unregistered guests. Outside space is shared, but plenty of room to store boards, bikes, other recreational equipment. No parties or gatherings. Two bikes and beach equipment on sight.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Lido beach is only 17 minutes away from the house. Siesta beach is only 19 minutes drive from the property. Downtown is a 6 minutes drive and a 34 minutes of walk. Beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella available by request. Please let us know if needed and we leave it in house for your use.
