Detached house in quiet blind alley, close to Trondheim Airport Værnes and Stjørdal golf course. The entire home is fully renovated in 2024. A total of 4 (5) bedrooms sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. 2 bathrooms + guest toilet. 3 parking spaces with available type 2 electric car charger, large outdoor area. 7 min by car to Trondheim Airport. 15 min walk to train station/city center/shopping center. 35 min away from Trondheim by car. Walking distance to golf course and the field with ski and hiking trails.

Central location in Malvik. 20min by car to Trondheim and Værnes/Stjørdal. There are bus stops a few minutes away, where there are buses both north and south. From the residence it is walking distance to a small shopping mall, hiking areas and several playgrounds. A small drive away from the village, there are also two nearby local center, with several shops. Both in Trondheim and Stjørdal, there are restaurants, sights, water park, climbing park, nice parks, city centers, shopping and nightlife.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is family friendly at Vikhammer, 10 min by car from Trondheim city center and 20 min from Værnes airport. Bus stop right by the house, where you can take a bus into Trondheim city center. Houses have large garden with children's playground, parking space with electric car charger From the home there are great hiking opportunities, both forest and lake/beach. There are also many playgrounds in the area.

Cozy detached house close to the airport

Koselig enebolig på Hell, nært flyplassen, tog- og busstasjon. Hyggelige uteplasser med hagemøbler på begge sider av huset. Parkeringsplass med rom for flere biler. Renovert bolig med moderne kjøkken og åpen planløsning. 2 bad av litt enklere standard med dusj og toalett på begge. 4 soverom med inntil 10 sengeplasser. Herunder inngår at 2 personer kan dele en 120 sovesofa på loftsstuen. NB: Passer ikke for allergikere, bor hund og katt i huset utenom utleieperioder.

Magnificent single-family home with proximity to Trondheim.

Magnificent single-family home with stunning views of the fjord! The entire accommodation is rented, with the exception of an office, where we lock off to store personal items. The home is unobstructed in a cozy residential area. Large garden that is well suited for families with children with a play stand, dollhouse and trampoline(summer half). Wishing the best for our guests, and if possible, would like to facilitate special needs.

Spacious house with minimalist style. Suitable for 1-2 families (5-10 people). The house is located in a rural location, in a pleasant neighborhood, but at the same time it is only 10 minutes by car to the center of Trondheim. Proximity to lake with only 2 minutes walking distance to popular beach. Please message and say a little about yourself and the purpose of your visit, and reserve the desired period.

Here you can relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is nicely located in a quiet residential area. There is room for 3 cars outside with access to an electric car charger. Inside you have all the equipment you need for both big and small. By car you can get to Trondheim in 15 min, the bus stops 2 min walk from the house.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central but quiet and child friendly. 180 meters to bus and train station 450 meters to shopping center 5 minute train ride to Trondheim airport Værnes 30 min train ride to Trondheim Possibility to charge an electric car for an additional fee of 150 NOK per day.

Great single-family home with stunning views of Trondheimsfjorden where you can enjoy the sunset . Nearby you find both the field and the beach and the shop you meet 5 minutes down to the ground. Large and warm garden with trampoline can be used for the little ones and for the big ones there is not long trip down to Grilstad Marina.

Spacious villa, nearby Trondheim

Great single-family home with plenty of room. We got good and clear instructions ahead of time. Also a big plus that it was informed in advance of renovation work so that we knew what we were going to do. Hosts also responded quickly to our requests. Where we'd love to come back😊

Really a place to recommend :) Especially if you are a big family like us, the house was big and very spacious. Very good outdoor area for barbecuing and cuddling. Birgitte as a host was great, always helpful and responded quickly to messages.

Single-family home, 10 min from Trondheim city center!

We were very satisfied with our stay over a weekend. With Bunnpris within 1 minute walk we could get what we needed even on Sunday. The place has a locked garage with 2 chargers, which is super convenient in Norway!

Main floor of single dwelling

Morten is a really friendly and responsive host. The house has everything you need, including cookies and coffee for the morning. It also has brethtaking views and there's free parking. It is stuated not too far from the city center. We had a really great stay and we will highly recommend! This was the best place we stayed while travelling around Norway! :-)

Apartment/Halvpart with 4 bedrooms

We were 7 people in Southern Norway who were in confirmation in Trondheim. We needed 4 separated rooms, which Tor Magnus could offer in this apartment. Tor Magnus responded quickly to questions we had ahead of time and during our stay. We found the landlord to be very welcoming and solution-oriented. When we were on our way home, we found that one of us had forgotten a jacket on a great football field close to the apartment. Tor Magnus then found the jacket and sent it by mail to us :-). It was also very nice to have Rema 1000 available about 50 meters from the apartment. I would recommend others to book accommodation in Vikhammerdalen 4. Greetings, a very happy tenant.
