The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Strand and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for rock climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city centre. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great trips in Malvik-marka both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After a 5 minute walk through the forest you will meet Kjerkstien/pilgrimdleden and can hike along it into the fields or take a canoe trip on the lake. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.
